It's very spacious, good amenities in the house, pretty good kitchen setup. Not right on the beach but very short walk down. A beautiful house, beautiful beach, we had a very nice time.

I was not expecting to have to rent a place during my visit to see my daughter and grandkids, but this adorable home provided a perfect place for us to gather and enjoy each other’s company.There was plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of linens, kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies. You can see Lake Huron from many windows which was a wonderful perk as the weather to actually get outside was sub-zero with snow and gale force winds! We were all snug in the home though!Evan was responsive and quite helpful as I had requested the wrong dates and had to revise the original booking. I loved the home and our time in it! If I ever need use of a rental in Lexington again I will try to book this one first! Thank you Evan!

Beautiful house in a idealic location with excellent neighbors. House is plenty spacious for big groups and children. Evan is easy to reach and replies promptly. If your on the fence jump off and rent this place you won't regret it.
