Spend the day by the pool, grill dinner on the lanai, or use the home as an easy base for Cape Coral, Fort Myers, beaches, dining, boating, kayaking, fishing, and family time.

We typically check in before arrival and after check-in to make sure everything is going smoothly. After that, we will give you space to enjoy the home, but we are available if anything comes up before or during your stay.

Casa Colada is located in a quiet Cape Coral residential neighborhood near Cape Coral Parkway, giving guests an easy home base for relaxing, dining, boating, kayaking, fishing, beach days, and exploring Southwest Florida.

You are close to local restaurants, grocery stores, waterfront dining, marinas, parks, and day-trip destinations like Fort Myers, Sanibel, Captiva, and Matlacha.

Guests have access to the full home, private pool, covered lanai, outdoor dining area, laundry area, driveway parking, and the normal guest-accessible areas of the property.

Locked owner closets, storage areas, mechanical areas, service areas, and supplies not clearly intended for guest use are not included in the rental.

Casa Colada is designed for easy, comfortable Florida living. The open-concept living area connects the kitchen, dining, sitting, and lounge spaces, giving families and groups room to spread out while still spending time together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, large island, cookware, serving pieces, and pantry space. The wet bar and dining areas make it easy to settle in for meals, snacks, and relaxed evenings at home.

The primary suite includes a private bath with a stand-up shower, double vanity, and soaking tub. The home also includes a second full bathroom with pool-area access and a convenient half bath.

The outdoor space is the highlight: a private pool, covered lanai, lounge seating, outdoor dining, TV, and pass-through window from the kitchen. The home also includes fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, laundry, full closets in each bedroom, and free parking.

A car is recommended for the best Cape Coral and Southwest Florida experience. The home is on a quiet residential street with easy access to Cape Coral Parkway, local restaurants, grocery stores, waterfront dining, beaches, parks, and Fort Myers-area attractions.

Ride-share options like Uber and Lyft may be available, and bike rentals can be a fun way to explore nearby areas, but most guests will be happiest with a vehicle.

A few important notes before you book:

Pool & family safety: The home has a private pool. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times. The pool is not separately fenced by default. A temporary pool safety fence may be available by advance request and must be confirmed by your host before arrival.

Pool & lawn service: Routine pool, lawn, pest, and maintenance vendors may access exterior areas during a stay, usually during daytime hours. We do our best to minimize disruption.

Grill: The BBQ grill is available for guest use, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane tank and cleaning the grill after use.

Security cameras: Exterior security cameras may be present at entry and exterior areas for safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the home or in private interior spaces.

Pets: Pets require advance written approval and must be included in the reservation before arrival.

Smoking & parties: No smoking, vaping, parties, or events are allowed.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver fee may be included with your booking. It covers ordinary accidental damage up to a stated limit if you let us know before check-out. It does not cover intentional damage, parties, smoking, pet damage, unauthorized guests, theft, injuries, or damage above the limit. It isn't insurance.
