Great house!

We enjoyed our stay here. Cute house with nice pool. Close to town. A little drive to beaches with traffic. Quick response from host when arriving. No problems when there.

Great location and lots of rooms

It was qiuck and easy to get to many of our favorite places in both Cape Coral and Ft Myers. The house had a well stocked kitchen as well as plenty of bath and pool towels. Four bedrooms were a big benefit for our group.

Clean home with everything we wanted!

The home was just as described. Photos were accurate and not misleading. Very clean! The decor was bright and welcoming. The outdoor area was large with plenty of comfortable seating. There was a newer Blackstone grill for us to use. The pool was a good size and we enjoyed it very much. Valerie was pleasant to work with. She was quick to respond to any questions I had and was very helpful. Definitely would stay here again!

Central location with walking / cycling distance to shops, restaurants and the beach! The house was clean and nice. Good standard with everything we needed! Nice barbecue, bicycles, sunbeds, pool, towels, TV and cups and dishes..! Extremely fast and good service from the rental company!There were a couple of small things in the house that we wondered if the rental company could fix, and they fixed it right away! The house was centrally located in a quiet area, right by the canal! 4 bicycles and beach chairs and equipment available! Just a couple of small things that slowed down a bit in terms of maintenance, such as a bit difficult to open, close and lock the garage main door and a couple of beds that creaked a bit! But all in all, the house and rental company can be highly recommended!

Loved the pool!

We really enjoyed the heated pool It was a little chilly for us the first day, but Valerie sent someone right over to heat it up a little more for us.We had plenty of space and loved that we could walk to several restaurants/bars for dinner!

Great find

This house is in a great location which is quiet and located close to everything. Some things in the house need updating like grab bars in the bathroom and working ceiling fans in every bedroom; only some worked. Otherwise it is pretty special. The pool was nice and warm all the time.

Trip to see our Ft Myers hurricane damaged property

Our stay was was very good as this property is a short drive to Ft Myers to see our damaged property. Since there was not much to recover at our Ft Myers property we were able to visit family and friends in the area. This rental property was a great location to visit people from Punta Gorda to Naples. We did not use the pool as it was too cool in the area when we had time to use the pool. But it looked nice and inviting. Would stay here again.

It Aldo had some larvas and we mer a couple of bugs we didn’t like, but with bikes , great location and the oportunity to sit outside and enjoy warm nights and afternoon in the shade makes this a great place to bring your family!
