Nous sommes une petite entreprise, propre «Old Florida» situé directement en face de la rue du Golfe du Mexique.

Cette unité est confortable et à prix pour permettre à la personne moyenne une chance de passer des vacances de qualité sur nos belles plages de sable fin du Golfe du Mexique! The location was great but the room was dirty and there was still poop all down the front of the toilet from the last person who stayed there. The towels had hair in them and stains.

I am, sorry, but I know absolutely that this is not true. Since all guests are checked in personally, and know that I am on the premises, if there were a deficiency the reasonable thing to do would be to report it. Since I also know that the towels are right out of the laundry, and the bathroom check list is meticulously done, there is no way that there was anything left on a toilet in one of my units. I have a large number of return guests and they would not be coming back time after time were any of these accusations true.

This family was a pleasure to host. I only got to visit with the son while they were here, but I found him to be one of the most well-mannered, polite and interesting young men that I have ever met, and I sincerely hope they make it back for another visit, because I would love to have a chance to visit more. Perfect for a family

This place had everything we needed for our family to have a wonderful trip! The location is unbeatable and Lynn gave us everything we needed.

Place was dirty. Only had two towels and wash cloths. Only had one trash bag. Did not provide coffee. Tv did not work for three days. Manger had lots of excuses. Would not recommend to anyone.

This gentleman did not smile once from the time he arrived. They were told repeatedly they could have fresh linens any day, just put them out, they didn't. The satellite company had to send a tech with a new receiver, it took two days, and they got a DVR in the bargain.When the TV had problems, he told me he would get a lawyer and shut me done. Lynette had everything we needed. Small and cozy , only one window air-conditioning unit, but it kept the place quite cool. parking was a little tight getting in and out, but we were able to manage.

They were a nice couple,and I hope to see them again. Parking is limited pretty much everywhere on the island, but I do offer an alternative,it just isn't right next to the door. And there is no central air, but most guests do well with what is there. However, everybody here misses the shade we lost in the storms last year and can't wait for it to grow back.

Family get away

My family stayed at this apartment during our first get away in years. Everything was fantastic! From the location to the owner; we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We definitely plan on making another trip and staying here again.

Property was as described. Clean sheets, beach chairs available, was to the beach in 30 seconds. Perfect place to stay if you are looking for affordability a few steps from the beach.

Great Location

This was a fun relaxing girls weekend. Lynne the host was very nice. She met us at the property and gave us a quick overview of the home and the area. The house is directly across the street from the beach entrance and a short drive to some beach restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

Our stay at Almost Beach Apartments, was amazing! From booking, check in and check out. Lynne met us to get us checked in. The apartment was just what we were looking for. The beach is feet from the front door! We had our own driveway, patio and front porch. Lynne was a wealth of knowledge about the island! The apartment, was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I enjoyed seeing Lynne out during our stay, talking to her was nice! We will definitely be back for our girls trip next year!

Again, I am always happy when people are able to enjoy their time while they are here. How to put this... . my units are not condos, they are small, clean, ground-floor ( a disappearing breed) "old Florida" apartments. I actually used to have floral couches with matching easy chairs, and got rid of them. No hide-a -beds, no recliners, just comfortable, clean furniture and what you would need to enjoy a stay at the beach. I am not a resort, and I don't expect people to come just to enjoy my place, although I have a lot of every year repeat guests. I just want people to be comfortable here while they are doing all the things that this area offers, kayaking under the mangroves, riding horses in the surf, parasailing, snorkeling, fishing of every description, and of course the beach just across the street. For those, unfortunate, times when mother nature rains on the parade for a day or two, I try to make sure there are some games and reading material for anyone too sweet to venture out in the wet, but, by and large, I feel I am doing my best for my guests, when they are rested and happy and able to get out there and enjoy themselves. Glad another guest met that goal.

We loved our stay!

Our host was fantastic and we had a wonderful time in Florida. This property was conveniently located near the beach and the Anna Maria Island trolley stop. We had everything we needed for our stay, including beach equipment and chairs. Parking was also convenient. The listing was just as described and we loved talking with our host Lynn!! Clean, attractive, convenient and great location

I've stayed at Almost Beach Apartments quite a few times over the years and plan on many more trips. It's clean, attractive, has everything you could possibly need and at a very reasonable price. It's a short walk to the beach and also located on the trolley line so getting anywhere is easy with or without a car. The owner is on premises and available for any questions and has taken a lot of care to make every stay there special.

very close to the beach, affordable and clean!

Older but very clean and affordable 2 bedroom apartment right across the street from the beach. Lynne was welcoming us and very friendly and informative! The apartment had everything we needed. We had bad luck with the "red tide" but had a great stay after all and hope to be back once red tide will be gone.
