This two-story farmhouse is simplistic and luxurious, with a wraparound covered porch that is too inviting to pass through. Once inside Holiday House, the open feel of the living space speaks ‘welcome’ with its bright windows, warm fireplace, Smart TV, Sonos available throughout the main floor including the primary room, living room, kitchen and dining room. Just down the hallway off the well-stocked kitchen is a primary ensuite bedroom with an inset sitting area surrounded by windows for reading the latest mystery and checking work emails.

At the top of the staircase, there are three bedrooms – one primary ensuite, one guestroom, and a bunk room with four built-in beds, each with its private nightlight for the grownup and young readers in your family or travel crew. Holiday House easily sleeps a big family, an extended family, or a crew of friends (with or without children).

This pet-free home sits on an expanded, corner lot and has a spacious yardscape with pavers, wildflowers, a firepit, a garden swing bench, and a hot tub for relaxing under the stars. The garden swing bench is the perfect place to enjoy a sunrise with a cup of coffee while your electric vehicle charges in the driveway. Just remember to pack your own charging cable for the EV outlet and your favorite Nespresso Vertuo Pods for the Nespresso VertuoPlus Machine.

Just down the way is Meadowview Park, where there’s an elevated structured mound with a community firepit and seating. Further towards town is the Sunrise Pool and Fitness Center amenity. Town center shopping, eating, Basecamp, and the arcade are an enjoyable 15-minute walk or a 7-minute bike ride from Holiday House. Only 3 minutes beyond the town center is the beach where the strolls are invigorating and the stargazing quietly spectacular.
