This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo provides 2,130 square feet of beachfront living space including a spacious SkyYard terrace.

These SkyYard terraces provide sky-high, open-air views of Seven Mile Beach. This one comes furnished with a plush lounge area and outdoor dining table with seating for 6. With nothing but blue sky above, guests can walk out and sunbathe leisurely taking in the scenic island views.

SkyYard terraces are exclusive to the fourth, fifth, and penthouse floors. It’s the perfect spot to start your morning with a cup of coffee or wind down the day with a sunset happy hour.

Inside, the interiors feature vaulted ceilings and cool tiled floors with modern decor and furniture. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed wifi, and satellite television programming will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay.

The living area comes furnished with plush sofa seating, plus an entertainment center with wall-mounted television and sound bar. Enjoy all the comforts of home plus oceanfront views throughout the living area.

The home’s three bedrooms sleep 6 guests comfortably.

A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast bar includes everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Cookware, flatware, stemware, and cutlery are all provided.

Daily housekeeping is included throughout your stay (Except Sundays and Christmas Day). All linens, plus bath and beach towels, Toiletries, along with Paper Towels, Bathroom Tissue, and dish detergent are provided.

Each condo is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Laundry service is available by contacting the front desk.

Beautiful penthouse location!

The pictures didn’t lie. This is a beautifully appointed luxury Villa. The pool was wonderful with plenty of room to spread out. The beach area was also superb (only problem was a rocky bottom but we adapted fully). The maid came every day and we had meals in and out and nothing disappointed. Would stay in this exact unit again and again. Our flight didn’t get in until 7pm but checkin was smooth. The unit is close to everything. You wouldn’t need a car because everything was so close. I give this villa an A+
