Laguna Del Mar, un complejo de lujo directamente en la famosa Playa de Siete Millas, está situado hacia el extremo sur de esta hermosa playa con arena blanca inmaculada y fácil acceso a la calma y acogedor Mar Caribe.

Este ático de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños, 3 ª planta de lujo tiene unas vistas impresionantes de las aguas cristalinas y brillantes de un mar Caribe del Caribe. Usted puede dormir cómodamente 8 personas aquí. La suite principal y el segundo dormitorio tienen camas de lujo y el rey 3 dormitorio tiene 2 gemelos con nidos. El dormitorio principal tiene una vista impresionante del océano y su propio acceso al patio espacioso. Los dormitorios 2 y 3 dan al exuberante paisaje del pequeño lago y la zona de la piscina. La cocina es un concepto abierto que fluye directamente a la zona de comedor y sala de estar donde se puede regocijar en la impresionante vista sobre la suave arena blanca y el gran océano. Desde aquí se puede salir a la cómodamente amueblado proyectado en el patio para disfrutar de un relajante café o un delicioso cóctel al atardecer.

We enjoyed our stay. Our condo had some lovely pieces of corral and other breakage things we had to move and put away so they were not damaged. The view was fantastic! The beach was nice, pool was great, the kids loved feeding the turtles from the garden space. Was a lovely property. We would stay again. Location was perfect for all the extra things we wanted to do.

Amazing!!!!!

The views, beach, ocean were absolutely beautiful!!!! The condo was pretty, spacious and well taken care of. So much is within walking distance we didn’t need a rental car. It was perfect for our family!!!!

Visit to Paradise

We stayed for a week - three generations - and the space could not have been more perfect. We woke up to the most beautiful view, swam in the gorgeous ocean, and spent such lovely family time in a perfect space. This is a wonderful space to share with your family.

What an enjoyable vacation. House was clean and very roomy. Beach was enjoyable and always had a spot to sit. Communication was also top notch. Would send an email and have a response back within minutes. Would recommend if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Everything about this place was great except for there was absolutely nothing to clean the table or countertops with which I thought was very strange. There are also absolutely no provisions no salt no pepper no spices so just be prepared everything else about this place was absolutely awesome.

Family with three generations of vacations

There was still beach to play on and the toilet broke and was fixed within 2 hours. Excellent pool and grill area. Easy to find parking close in the complex. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful property with amazing views of the ocean. Close proximity to excellent restaurants and excursions. Would definitely stay here again. For reference we had 4 adults and 4 children under 10.

First Time with College Grads

Condo was very spacious and well stocked with necessities for our stay. Beds were very comfortable. College grads spent many hours on the screened in porch during the evenings. Nice Beach but the young adults would have liked to be in the more populated portion of SMB. This condo is on the south end which is much quieter but still very walkable which we did even though we had a rental car. Overall, I would recommend this condo. The landscaping/grounds were beautiful. Nice pool, hot tub and pickle ball court!

The condo is in a good location and is very spacious. It’s a well-designed two-bedroom unit with private bathrooms, and the third bedroom is perfect for kids, complete with a great selection of books. The balcony is a standout feature, offering stunning views of the beautiful turquoise water and breathtaking sunsets. The supermarket is about a 15-minute walk away, which is very convenient. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, all offering great atmospheres and delicious food.The private beach is a bit rocky, so water shoes are definitely a plus. If you enjoy long walks on the beach, you’ll need to exit to the main road and reenter Seven Mile Beach through one of the public access points, as it’s not possible to walk continuously from the condo’s private beach.Check-in and check-out times are very strict. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and when we arrived at that time, the condo was not ready. Unfortunately, this led to the biggest downside of our stay: cleanliness. Most of the towels had hair on them, and all three bathrooms had hair as well. The cleaning staff told us they did not have time to wash the towels, so we had to wash them ourselves, which was extremely disappointing.We also requested a later check-out due to a late afternoon flight, but management was unable to accommodate us.Overall, the experience was mostly great due to the location and the condo itself. However, the dirty towels and hair in the bathrooms were a huge turn-off and si

Great getaway

From start to finish everything was good. When small air conditioner issue arose, it was quickly fixed by property manager. We come to cayman often but used this place for the first time. We will be coming back to Laguna Del Mar for sure

Relaxing stay

Great location, and beautiful beach. Condo was furnished fine, but could have used a few more things initially. We managed fine, but ended up spending more time than originally planned inside. My husband had a heart attack while there, so I can vouch personally too for the great hospital and care he received while there! Health City was close by and the drs and staff were fantastic! Kind, caring and highly professional.

Family vacation

It was the perfect choice for our family getaway. The villa was exactly as shown in the pictures. Except for the beach area, which is only half the size as shown in the pictures due to erosion along 7 mile beach, but was still beautiful. Janice the property manager was very attentive and quick to respond. Would definitely refer this villa to others.

Perfect spot on SMB

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this beachfront condo that exceeded expectations. This gem of a property provided an exceptional and unforgettable vacation for our two families. The screened in porch was perfect for morning, coffee watching the ocean. From the moment we arrived the property manager, Janice went above and beyond to ensure our state was perfect. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing Property

Laguna Del Mar 24 was absolutely amazing. The property was easy to access, clean and was right on 7 Mile Beach. The people that were on site to keep it clean and tidy were so nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub area had a grill that my family utilized for burgers. We say cute little turtles in the lagoon and feed them daily. You definitely won’t want to book any where else.
