Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
- Do not clean or remake the beds. Leave as is. - Please check to make sure no personal items are being left behind. - Please report any damages to the host prior to your departure.
Please return the garage door opener to the drawer/counter that you found it. Let the host know if it has been misplaced during your stay.
Please turn off all TV's, Arcade's, LED lights and room lights. Set the AC to 74 F in the summer, and the heat to 70 F in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties are allowed at this property. There will be a fee of up to $1000 for extra cleaning if a party is found to have taken place.
This is a 100% none smoking property. Violation of this rule will result in a *minimum* $1000 deep cleaning/de-smoking fee for allergens.
Don't flush anything other than toilet paper. This includes non-biodegradable flushable wipes and tampons. Sewage backup will result in a $450 fee.

This was a fantastic property in the heart of East Nashville that worked fantastically for a weekend trip with a group of youth. The property was clean and in good condition, and the amenities were as expected. The host communicated well and was prompt in responding to questions and helping resolve a couple of small issues we had during our stay. The game room was an especially big hit with our group! It came in clutch when a rainy afternoon meant rethinking some of our plans. And I really can't overstate the convenience of being next door to a Publix - overall, the location is truly fantastic!Make sure you carefully consider your sleeping arrangements and total number of folks. For our teens, sharing full size beds and sleeping on short futons was just fine, but the quarters could be tight for some groups.Overall, a 5 star stay. I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to others planning a Nashville trip.
