Beach View was great to work with. Very responsive to needs. Great communication. The property’s location is excellent…doesn’t get much better. The size of the property is also excellent. We had 12 staying there and had beds to spare. The house itself, although adequate, needs some updating and repair. Decor was minimal.

Location was great just steps to the beach. Property was not well maintained. Many broken drawers, just 2 forks in lower kitchen, burner not working on stove, broken ladder on upper bunk, lower shower in desperate need of updating, looks and feels like a dorm shower, open stove vent sitting directly against living room couch, holes, cracks, and peeling paint in lots of places. This could be a great rental if just normal upkeep was done but I would not stay there again.

Thank you for your comments, Anne. We’re glad you enjoyed the great location just steps from the beach, but we’re very sorry to hear that the condition of the home fell short. We appreciate you taking the time to share these detailed observations regarding maintenance, furnishings, and kitchen items, and we will be reviewing them carefully with our operations team so they can be addressed. We regret that we didn't catch these issues prior to your stay, and hope you'll allow us another opportunity to provide you with an exceptional vacation experience. Kind regards, BVR
