Bedrooms Three private bedrooms, all on one level, feature queen beds, blackout curtains, area rugs, accent walls, and nightstands with charging ports. If a violation creates excessive cleaning, damage, or disturbance, the guest will be responsible for the associated costs. - A passive noise sensor is installed. It monitors decibel levels only and does not record audio. - Exterior cameras are present for security. There are no cameras inside the home. - Do not tamper with, unplug, cover, or disable WiFi routers, noise sensors, or exterior cameras. - Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. - No illegal activity of any kind. - Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. - Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially at night and early morning. - If anything isn’t right, please report it immediately so we can fix it. Issues reported after checkout may not qualify for resolution. - Please lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the property. - Please treat the home with care. - Do not cut on the butcher block countertops. Use cutting boards. - Do not place wet towels or wet items on furniture or wood surfaces. - Furniture must not be moved without host permission. Anything moved must be returned to its original place before checkout. - No loose items or loose trash in the bins. Everything must be tied inside a full-size trash bag before going into the bin. - No glitter, confetti, or decorations that use tape, adhesives, hooks, or tacks. - The home is for residential use only. - No photo shoots, video shoots, or content creation that brings additional people onto the property without host approval. - The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind. - The host may enter the home for repairs or emergencies. For anything non-urgent, we will always communicate first. - Pets require prior host approval. Please message us first. - All pet waste must be picked up promptly and not left in the yard. - Pet waste bags cannot be placed loose in the trash. They must be tied inside a larger full-size trash bag before going into the bin. - Pets should not be left unattended for long periods. - Dogs must not bark continuously or cause disturbances, especially when left unattended.
Additional notes: - Guests must provide accurate information during booking, including the correct number of guests and any pets. - We may reach out after booking with a few clarifying questions to help ensure the stay is a good fit. - Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations caused during the stay. - For stays of 30 nights or longer, New York State law may require a separate long-term lease. House shopping
The apartment was a perfect location as a base to explore many neighborhoods in Syracuse as we looked for a new home. It is quite well appointed with kitchen supplies, comfortable and quiet. The host gave us great suggestions about neighborhoods to explore and local places (there in Tipperary Hill) to grab food and relax at the end of the day.
