Step out to the covered patio overlooking the lake or add the hot tub service for a spa-style soak. Private parking accommodates four vehicles, with street parking available. Optional grill service is offered for a small prep fee. Ideal for families, work retreats, and mid-term stays.

The open-concept living room is the home’s social hub, featuring plush seating, a large sectional, and accent chairs—perfect for gatherings or quiet evenings. The nearby kitchen, fully stocked and equipped with stainless appliances, includes bar seating at the island for easy conversation while cooking.

Dining & Entertainment:
Gather at the dining table for 8 to share meals and stories. After dinner, head to the game room for a friendly round of pool or to simply unwind together.

Outdoor Spaces:
Step into your private backyard to take in stunning lake views. The covered patio with cozy furniture invites relaxed mornings and alfresco dinners. The highlight is the hot tub—perfect for unwinding as you soak in the peaceful surroundings.

Additional Amenities:
A full laundry area with large appliances, essential household items, and thoughtful touches throughout ensure your stay is smooth and comfortable from start to finish.

💡 Things to Know:
Large family home near the lake with hot tub and play area (no pool access). Spacious layout, great for groups and families. Professionally maintained with regular pest treatment and exterior upkeep. Expect light natural sounds from the nearby water and occasional wildlife typical of the area. The home features a dedicated game room with a pool table; please note that bedrooms do not have TVs.

Car, Uber and Lyft are the easiest forms on transportation.

- Location: This is a single-family house without a garage.
- Parking: The property can accommodate up to four vehicles. Street parking is also available.
- Backyard: The property includes a backyard. There is a dock on the lake
- Climate Control: The house has central heating and air conditioning. However, the master bedrooms on both floors currently require the use of a space heater. The rest of the house is fully serviced by the central system.
- Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for use.
- Grill: The grill is available for a $100 fee to help cover cleaning and propane cost. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use the grill, so we can ensure it is ready for your enjoyment.
- Hot Tub: The hot tub is available as an additional service. For stays of two nights or less, the fee is $100, and for stays longer than three nights, the fee is $150. This fee covers cleaning after use. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use the hot tub, so we can ensure it is ready for your enjoyment.

As a special offer, we will waive the hot tub fee for all bookings over $2000. This is our way of saying thank you for choosing to stay with us for an extended period.

The hot tub fee is not an upsell cost — it covers the cost of professional cleaning, chemicals, and preparation to ensure the spa is safe, sanitized, and ready for your use. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note, the lake view is for visual enjoyment only. The water is too shallow for swimming, fishing, or kayaking. It’s a peaceful backdrop meant for relaxing, not recreation.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
