The condo itself is great! Furnished and appointed extremely well. Loved the reclining sectional sofa. The Amenities were great, although one pool was being repaired. The lazy pool and swim up bar made the stay much more relaxing. Kids loved the game room. We left behind some basic things for the next guest. I.e. extra toilet paper, salt and pepper, basic laundry soap.

Great for families! Bunk room is in the closet area so it got a little warm but we were able to put in one of the provided fans. Great view on the big patio. Everyone in the company has been nice. Not crowded and always able to find seats by the pool or lazy river. We will be back!

The view was small because of the triangular shaped patio, but was nice to have so much space. The lazy river was so inviting and really enjoyed floating each day! Andrew was very helpful when our reservation was not there. He made a few phone calls and got the problem identified and solved. Liczy was also very pleasant when I went for arm bands each day. The furniture and bed was very comfortable and condo was everything we wanted for a relaxing vacation.

A great getaway

We loved staying here. It was the perfect size for our family of three. Our son loved the "bunkbed clubhouse" as well as the amenities. We appreciate the welcome gifts - especially from the owner's wellness center. We will definitely be back!

Lovely place to stay

Beautiful and comfortable, very clean. Would stay here again. These 3 issues need attention: low water pressure, bathroom exhaust fan is loud & ineffective, water leaks from cold water handle in bathroom sink.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We could not get the ice maker to work. We did reach out but there was no resolution. Both faucet handles leak.

The Diamond Beach complex is beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool and lazy river. The staff was friendly and competent, The condo very well decorated and furnished. However, the largest microwave safe container in the kitchen was a breakfast cereal bowl. There was a very fancy stainless steel pasta pot/steamer with no lid. The 12” nonstick frying pan was so deteriorated that it is probably unsafe to use. I know we need to bring some of our own gear, but, one dish towel? Really? Other than the shortcomings in the kitchen and despite the season’s first tropical storm, we enjoyed our 56th wedding anniversary.
