Consider this condo you and your Pup's home away from home while you visit Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills or other areas of the Outer Banks. Less than one mile from the famous Bad Bean Taqueria, Black Pelican Restaurant and Atlantic Ocean Public Beach Access with ample parking, bathrooms & showers. This fresh and clean property has 4 person occupancy with 2 large bedrooms, spacious closets, smart TV's, king beds & 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy use of linens, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap. The kitchen has fridge with in door ice/water and is stocked with pots, pans, cookie sheets, paper towels, dishtowels, utensils, blender, hand mixer, single cup and/or pot coffee maker and other basic cookware and cutlery. Comfort features such as AC, WiFi and Washer/Dryer are a given. Convenience features like beach towels, toys, chairs, umbrella and small cooler make packing your car for sand life less cumbersome. Relax in this fantastic space after a day of exploring Wright Brother's Memorial, Jockey's Ridge, shopping or swimming in seasonal pool next door! The clubhouse has enclosed playground, picnic table and grill for use while you visit (seasonal). Play a game of tennis, basketball or pickleball (BYO racquet/balls) at courts across the street. So many historic places to explore and calendars of activities to enjoy in the Outer Banks. This place was beautiful, cozy, and clean! It’s a great location and the closest public parking for the beach has the bathrooms and shower for rinsing which was very helpful with the kids. Highly recommend!

Condo was as pictured. Everything was clean. We didn’t use the tennis courts (too hot) or pool (we have family nearby with a pool) but the location was great for us. Ashley was very quick to respond to questions. Would stay here again.

Very clean and quiet!

Very clean and so quiet! The pool is within walking distance from the condo and the complex itself is within the heart of Kitty Hawk and is close to everything! Great amenities are included with this condo!

Five stars all around! We took our toddler on his first beach trip and it was wonderful. We were a little nervous about traveling with a toddler but we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The host is very communicative and provides a lot to make your packing lighter. We were very thankful for the provided pack-n-play/ travel crib. We don’t need a high chair but they did have one available. We didn’t have any issues, but it’s worth noting that there are people above you and next to you. It was still a very quiet and calm complex. You’re only a 1-2 minute walk from the pool and small playground (even while lugging a toddler). You’re a short drive from everything (parks, public beach, shopping, eating, coffee, water park, entertainment). We usually stay in Duck but found we prefer this location because it’s so close to EVERYTHING and the traffic is lighter. If we do another beach trip next year, we will definitely stay here again!
