Beautifully Furnished Waterfront 3 bed/2 bath Condo in Bermuda Bay Community. A former model, Terrapin Cay has numerous upgrades. Accessible by elevator third floor single level unit has beautiful unobstructed water views from every room.

Comfortable and stylish furnishings. LVP in common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, designer tile floor and raised breakfast bar for extra seating. Sound facing large deck that is accessible from great room and primary bedroom.

Located in Hamilton Cay which is part of the Bermuda Bay Community in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Offers a community club house with fitness center and pool (mini water park complete with lazy river and slide) from Memorial Day to Labor Day. May be open some weekends during May and September. Check pool for exact days and hours of operation.

It's a very convenient one-mile drive to the beautiful Kill Devil Hills beaches. At Mile Post 8.25, the community is convenient to all the local shops, restaurants, activities and attractions that make the Outer Banks the ever-popular vacation destination. The community is just across the street from the Wright Brothers National Memorial Park. Great area for launching kayaks or Canoes. Wetlands nearby.

What makes this condo unique? Incredible views, stylish beachy furnishings, elevator, close to ocean access with two public parking lots, bath house with restrooms, outdoor showers, lifeguards, and handicap accessible beach ramps. Spacious open concept condo. Great for families or couples. No small children please. Quiet neighborhood great for walking. Available for short stays in the off season or weekly in season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Saturday to Saturday. No additional cleaning fees.

Everything about this stay was top notch! Host was so friendly and quick to answer any questions. Loved that there was an elevator to third floor and then all living space on one level. Views were amazing and decor was so beachy!

It is clear to see why this property has a perfect rating! This property is immaculate, with anything and everything you need for a comfortable stay! Things I normally bring with me when I travel as I don’t expect hosts to provide, they were all provided here! The unit is so spacious, so beautifully decorated, large deck/balcony, and the view is amazing! The host is kind and very responsive, and I would definitely stay again!

Host was incredibly helpful and very responsive with any questions I had. Booked this for my husband, his boss and two kids for a duck hunting trip nearby and they thought they had hit the jackpot! Typically their accommodations for these types of trips are not the most elegant, but they really were impressed with this beautiful condo!

Great location and condo! The views of the sound off the porch were beautiful and the porch was the perfect place for meals. The inside of the condo was well kept and perfect for a quick weekend getaway. The house was clean. Location was central to the beach, some great walking trails, and good restaurants!

Great place

The condo is spacious and clean. It is in a rather tranquil environment, but everything is easy to get to nevertheless. Stores, restaurants, beaches etc. are just a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay here.

We live in Winchester Virginia. We are both retired and we have enjoyed coming to the Outer Banks since 1989 when we fell in love with the area. We love hosting others in this beautiful area and providing a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Originally we wanted a condo on the beach but all the condos we looked at were very small and very dated. When we found “Terrapin Cay” it was love at first sight. It’s a quiet neighborhood away from the beach traffic but still within minutes of everything and the views are amazing!

Our property is in the quiet residential neighborhood of Bermuda Bay. A colorful community of single family homes, townhomes and condos. Each one painted a beautiful bright color near the water with beautiful sound side views of the waterfront.
