The E Gull Has Landed offers resort fun in the Devonshire Place neighborhood of Bermuda Bay. Everyone will love the community amenities exclusive for this little resort in the OBX. Perfect house for our stay

We enjoyed this house for our stay! Easy directions from the rental company for entire time we were there. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

The hot tub was not hot enough, but it was nice to sit out there and relax. The sheets and towels were clean however the place is worn down and dirty. There are scuff marks on the walls, the floor downstairs was sticky and they never sent a cleaner to address the issue. Additionally there was no wifi though it is listed on the advertisement. We spoke to a staff member about it several times and they were rude to us when we shared our disappointment that although we had called and left a voicemail in the morning and messaged them through the app in the afternoon, nobody would be coming to repair the wifi until the next day. When they did come out, the guy told us "you're not able to find the wifi because there is no wifi". We asked if it could be set up for us or if we could receive reimbursement and he said that's up to the owners. So we had no wifi for our stay which was okay for us, though inconvenient, but I know several people who would not be okay for if this happened to them. We asked they take wifi off of the listing until then, but I hope you will read our review until this time. We were not given a refund and support was hard to access and then mostly rude from the hosts. VRBO was prompt at responding and tried to help but did not give us a refund. This place would be excellent and really nice if they cleaned it up, got wifi, and shampood the furniture.

Very comfortable rental. Loved the hot tub for long days of walking and seeing the sights. So glad we made our way to see and learn about the history of the OBX.

The E Gull Has Landed

Worst rental we have ever had couch and living room wall were filthy. Owner didn’t communicate the rental was booked and gave someone the code who entered the property while we were there. Communicated this with the rental company who did nothing and said it was unacceptable but at least not some random person. Left early because we were concerned for our safety with someone not from the rental company enteringwhile we were there.

Very clean and well maintained property

This place was very clean and comfortable for our stay. Its a great open concept space for cooking, playing games and enjoying family. I would definitely return.
