Stately Secluded 10,000 sq ft Modern Family Estate Manor located on 40 acres of private grounds just 10 min. from popular Elk Mountain Ski Resort in Pennsylvania 's beautiful Endless Mountains. All season fun! Nature preservation efforts underway to maintain the pristine clean air, water and natural habitat our property features. Estate Manor sleeps up to 26 guests, has 10 bedrooms and 5 full baths. Just 2 or so hours from New York City and Philadelphia USA easy travel on Route 380 to Route 6 or take Pa Route 81 to either exit 202 or 206. Coming from the North, we are located less than an hour from Binghamton NY. Enjoy ALL season fun and relaxation! Skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, nature trail, camping, birding, boating, kayaking, golfing, hunting, horseback riding, fishing, swimming. Casino nearby. If your lucky, you may see a seasonal polo scrimmage on the grounds or catch a trout in the stocked creek. Fall foliage and festivals galore. Local wineries and approximately 90 min from NY Finger Lakes wine country for a day excursion. Although most guests don't want to leave our idyllic setting during their stay, Airpark, Animal Parks, Water Park, Aquarium, Shopping, Theater shows are among the additional activities you can enjoy in the area during your stay. Our 10,000 sq ft family-owned modern-day villa contains 4 separate sleeping areas with 1 to 3 bedrooms in each area and can comfortably accommodate large or small groups. Mediterranean Suite has 3 bedrooms-King Room, Queen Room and 4 Twins Room, Bunk Suite has 3 bedrooms-2 Queen Rooms and a Double Bunk Room, Crue Suite has 3 bedrooms-King Room, Double Room and 2 Twins in the loft, and Tower Suite has 4 Twins in the circular loft. Each sleeping area has access to its own full bath. Full bath off the poolroom has an insta hot shower and laundry facilities for guest use. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Additional services referred upon request, such as catered meals, babysitting, transportation, grocery delivery, laundry etc. We do our best to accommodate special requests. Manor has an indoor pool w heated spa and game room connected to large outdoor patio with commercial grill and fire pits. Creekside picnic area has a hammock, picnic table, seating, firepit for s'mores and even a swimming hole for a natural experience option during your stay. Our Manor features a large gated rear lawn for outside games, a dyno dig sandbox and a Labyrinth Garden where you can walk the simple path in tranquility for those seeking spiritual renewal or mindfulness in today's ever-changing world. A Butterfly Sanctuary Walk Garden is being added in Spring! We welcome you to bring a chrysalis and see it emerge into the sanctuary. Home with a unique history...our Estate Manor was a former retreat for famous musicians...evidenced by some original features such as the custom shower in Crue Suite with "CRUE" in the tile! Special events welcome!! Events are not permitted unless reviewed and approved. Events must book separately than overnight stays. No prom groups permitted without parents attending.
