Enjoy a stress-free stay in this peaceful South Hill neighborhood! Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Spokane and the medical district. A beautiful park is just half a block away, and outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby bluff with miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Inside, you’ll find 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. Step outside to a spacious, fenced backyard, the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the fresh air.
Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. This is a family oriented building. We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you please respect their right to peace and quiet. If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit. Smoking is NOT allowed at this property.

Home was exactly as pictured with 2 living areas (main floor and basement bedroom and living room). Hosts were easy to communicate with and quickly responsive to our needs. The residence is on a dead-end street in a cozy and quiet neighborhood. It's very near a park at the start of several hiking trails, additionally has easy access to groceries and the downtown medical center. Perfect place for our daughter to rehab for a couple of weeks.

Wonderful neighborhood and location. Stairs to the basement are very steep and not well suited for elderly or mobility limited family members. Also the air conditioning is such that if the upstairs is comfortable, the basement rooms are FREEZING. the back yard is a bit of quiet paradise however. Would stay again.
