This large, 3 bed, 2 1/2+ bath home is located in a peaceful cove on Lake Cortez, with wonderful views! The upper level holds the primary bedroom, hosting a King Size bed and beautiful views of the lake. A large ensuite bath includes a walk in shower, double vanities, a large soaking tub and walk in closets. Enjoy cushy seating in the living area with views that will lull you into a relaxing state. The open kitchen has an eat in dining space which also overlooks the lake. This level offers a half bath and the convenient laundry room. Venture to the lower level and you'll find another Large Bedroom featuring a King bed and patio access, a second bedroom, also with patio access, offers a free standing full bed, plus a pyramid bunk with a full size and a twin sized bed. Another roll away twin bed is available for your use. These bedrooms share a "Hollywood" style bath, which is two separate 1/2 baths, sharing a walk in shower in the center. A second living space rounds out this level and leads out to the Patio with gradual steps down to the Lake, where you'll find a picnic table and another sunny patio to enjoy your outside time! This home does have a boat dock, however the boat is not for renters use. With whimsical, colorful and comfortable furnishings and an amazing location, this home is a great place to enjoy lakeside adventures!


We do supply some toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, etc.

*Though the driveway is steep on this property, there are level spaces next to the garage and in front of the home.*

*There are 2 security cameras on the property. 1 is facing the driveway in the front and the other is facing the water at the back of the house*

If fishing, you will need a valid AR fishing license that can be purchased at Walmart.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions. Also, be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle-free commute and check in. 

The world-famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office. You get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
