Enjoy a relaxing stay at this lovely 2-bedroom house in Matlacha, with boat lift. The house features 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with a hair dryer, and convenient amenities like a washing machine, AC, and heat plus a large outdoor space. Spend your days or evenings relaxing in our fully screened lanai which features ample seating , smart tv, an outdoor shower and bathroom as well as a flattop grill to enjoy the day’s catch. 2 single and 1 double kayak are yours to explore with and room to tie off a smaller boat. The evenings on the water are magical and we are just a few hundred feet to open water. Fantastic local restaurants are within walking distance as well as a fresh fish market and many gift shops. This colorful and quirky island puts off a vibe like no other in the area, it’s a wonderful experience! Great location

Awsome place super close to the boat ramp and even closer to great fishing, very clean house with beautiful screened in back porch with docking access. Great amenities and very comfortable beds.

House was very clean and equipped. Laid back community and within an hour of Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. We had great success kayak fishing in the bay. Couldn’t of asked for a better stay!

We had a wonderful time. Very comfortable home. The outdoor shower was a relief after a long day. Was able to fish the canal. Wishing it didn’t go by so fast.

The cottage was awesome!!! We loved the outdoor area spent most of our time there. Had every amenity we needed, except for salt and pepper. An amazing breakfast restaurant and the Blue Dog Bar and Grill within walking distance were delicious! We could have done without a few giant palmetto bugs but being next to the water I guess that was somewhat expected. Perfect view of the sunset from the front of the house. Very quiet little neighborhood would definitely come back.

My husband and I reside on a farm in Northeast Missouri. As we got older the winters seemed to get colder. Our goal was to find a relaxing area far enough south to escape the cold as much as possible.

After a long search of coastal areas from Texas to Florida we settled on Matlacha. We visited many beautiful areas but something about Matlacha called to us both. The bright colors and friendly people coupled with the quiet relaxing atmosphere made this our unanimous choice! World class fishing and walk ability of the island only made the decision better.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our cottage is far from luxury. Instead it gives a comfortable homey feel. The amenities are arranged in a way to allow for maximum enjoyment with minimal effort. Being in the tropics makes us want to spend as much time as possible outdoors. We have tried to create a outdoor space that checks all our boxes for comfort and enjoyment.
