We’re very sorry to hear about your experience with the elevators and the door code upon arrival - that’s definitely not the first impression we want for our guests, especially after a long drive. While the elevators are managed by the building and can get busy during peak times, we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We’ll also review the door code issue to make sure everything is working smoothly for future guests.
