Great location and very roomy!

Property is in a great location, not over populated with large condos so the beach was not over crowded. Having a bath room for each bedroom is a plus. Property manager did provide a list of items to bring, which was helpful, as they only provide one roll of tp, and paper towels as well as washing soaps. So I was glad they communicated that. There were absolutely no condiments or paper goods, etc. Some rentals usually have “left overs” from other guests, but this place was clean and tidy with nothing left behind. Ice maker did not work, but we had bought ice anyway. Parking can be an issue for a 2nd car. We had 3 and paid to park the 3rd one offsite. But the one reserved spot is great and is underground so the car is protected from weather and heat. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation!

We loved our experience at Marlin Key 4F! This was our second year in a row to stay at Marlin Key, although this year was the best. This unit was spotless, comfortable and well appointed! Checkin and checkout were a breeze and we received communication throughout the entire 3 day, 4 night stay from ITrip ensuring we were comfortable and had what we needed! The location is great and we love the covered parking. We had some rain but it was no problem because you were always in the dry. If I had one suggestion it would be to provide a little detail on operating the large TV in the common area and change remote batteries. Some didn’t work. We are older and not very techy. Not a game changer though! Great experience and we will be back next year hopefully!

Great place- great management

We had just gotten settled in this lovely, roomy condo when we found a water leak. Management responded immediately on a Sunday morning at 7:45! The plumber was there within 10-15 minutes. Sadly, they ended up needing to move us to another unit. The move was actually an upgrade to a Penthouse in another building. They were ULTRA accommodating and professional throughout our entire stay. We could not be more pleased. iTrip Management is superb.

Summer vacation with family

Had a great trip to Gulf Shores. We were a party of five, the three bedroom three bath was a perfect fit for us. Plenty of room , the condo was well stocked with anything we needed. I loved the easy access to the beach & the view was wonderful. Found some great restaurants. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing Stay!

Loved our stay! Condo was super clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax in the comfy furniture. The view of the water and easy access to the beach made our ocean experience marvelous.

Fantastic! Will stay again!

If you need space, utility, great view, and wonderful location...this is the place to stay! It was one of our favorites places and it also allowed space for everyone. It is out of the fray of the busyness of crowds and yet, you can get there in a few minutes to any restaurants and shopping you need. We come often and this one we will definitely book again.

The condo was beautiful. Clean, well-appointed with everything as promised. The only complaint was the painting that they did outside. We were not able to use the elevator for 2 days. They also painted the exterior walkways on our floor so again we were not able to access the condo for that day and had to leave or stay inside for the day. We had older people who had difficulty with stairs. I wish someone would have informed us and we could have tried to get a 1st floor condo/ Over all it was a great trip and we loved the condo.
