We had such a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The house was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time in Gainesville. The bedrooms were roomy, and the beds were so comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep after busy days!The outdoor space was definitely a highlight! The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and there was plenty of room to hang out, relax, and have fun together. The location was also perfect—just a short distance from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying the Gamecock win on Saturday!This property truly had everything we needed for a fun getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place had everything we needed! The kids loved the pool and it was used every day of our trip! The beds are awesome. The stores nearby were great to grab groceries for dinner or even to order food delivery. The neighborhood is so peaceful, and finding the property was very easy.

Loved the place!

We only stayed one night, we wish we could have stayed longer it was very clean, great layout, very comfy beds! Definitely would stay there again!

Our stay here was wonderful! It was pet-friendly with a great fenced yard. The pool and hot tub were perfect, beds were comfortable and the host was very responsive. If we ever make it back to Gainesville we’ll definitely be staying here!

This house is beautiful,check in was easy . Corey was easy to reach and always available to me for any questions. We enjoyed the home. The hot tub is amazing and we enjoyed our pool time. We grilled out often. Such a quiet place. Plenty of space. Would be great for a family.

We rented this property for family weekend at UF. The house was clean and as advertised. We contacted the host during our first night that the AC didn't seem to be cooling. They responded the next day, but offered no resolution. Thankfully it was unusually cool in Gainesville so we left the windows and doors open during our stay. Vthe concerning piece is that I didn't want to leave any negative feedback so I didn't write a review. Today, weeks later, the history submitted a review of 8/10 on my behalf. Very concerning.

Clean and spacious property on a quiet street. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus on an already fantastic property. Quick drive to both UF and downtown. We would absolutely stay again should the opportunity present itself.

Pleasant responsive host. House was in tip top shape; beds very comfortable. Conveniently close to Sweetwater, our favorite place to watch birds.Corey graciously allowed us to check in early. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Great layout, the pool was perfect. Beds were comfortable. It fit us and our 2 adult children had their own rooms with king size beds in all rooms. Host was quick to respond. Would book again!!!

Our experience was excellent. The home was clean & comfortable. When we chose to eat in everything we needed was readily available. The pool was clean & welcoming. We had a marvelous time even though the Gators lost. We’ll be back!!

Yes, to pets. We didn't use the hot tub. This was my second time at this home. Corey was very nice and the home is as pictured. I would use this home again for my stay in Gainesville.

Super nice. Very responsive. Had some AC and pool issues and immediate attention was given. We loved our stay and wish all VRBO hosts were like this. You will be well taken care of here.
