Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear your stay didn't meet your expectations. Our maintenance team responded promptly to the upstairs bathroom issue and temporarily sealed the shower to prevent further leaking until the scheduled repair can be completed. They also cleaned up the affected area and brought additional towels for your convenience. We do wish we had known about the balcony railing, dryer, or concerns with the air conditioning during your stay, as we would have gladly sent our maintenance team to inspect those items as well. We provide a starter pack of essentials, including two trash bags, to help guests get by until they have an opportunity to shop. We appreciate all of your feedback and will share your comments with the team as we continue working to improve the guest experience. We hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity in the future.
