Private dock, swim, kayak, play games in the large, modern barn

Everyone can enjoy beautiful Lake Murray. Fishermen, launch your boat at Dreher Lake State Park and dock it here (we can accommodate boats up to 20')
. Bring the fish to the full kitchen to fry up for dinner! Or, cook on the charcoal grill. Families, enjoy the waterfront and game room in this unique barn. Couples, enjoy quiet time at the lake. You have full use of the barn. as it is very private.

First floor includes a kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner stove, refrigerator and small appliances (no dishwasher or free standing oven). There is a bar with 4 stools for meals, living area with TV, pull out sectional (sleeps 2 people) and full bath. Second floor features a bedroom, (sleeps 2, can be made up as a king or twins) 1/2 bath, work space and balcony. Enjoy coffee or a glass of wine overlooking the lake from the balcony.

This is great spot for children. Rental includes use of kayak, paddle board, water toys and boat dock. Enjoy the dock for swimming and boating. This newly constructed space is within a private barn and the game space includes a basketball hoop, ping pong, corn hole, darts and golf toys for rainy days! It is seconds from the barn to the waters edge.

The main house is on the property but we are retired and you will find your space very private. We are close by in case you need us for anything!! We want your vacation to be perfect!

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put key on the key rack. Close garage doors. Bring items in from the dock.Return kayak, paddles boards, & paddles to sandy spot. Lock outside door by pressing any key. Hope you enjoyed your stay!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The cement launch next to our kayaks belongs to the neighbor, please do not use it, but rather, stay on our pavers. Launch from sandy spot or dock
Be sure to observe quiet hours 8 PM, sound travels on the lake!
