Hello!! Welcome to LakeView 1469. I welcome you to stay in the place that has helped to keep me alive. Let's just say since 2019, my health has been compromised. In February 2019 I was rear ended and had to have emergency neck surgery. I was fortunate, healed remarkable well and went back to work in August of 2019. I taught school from 7-4, and helped my husband run two business from 4-whenever every day prior to the accident and even afterwards. Just as I was ready to run my next 10k, May of 2020, I was Teed by a lady who ran a stop light running 50mph. Needless to say, that automobile accident forced me to have to file for disability and retire from teaching after 24 years. Of Course there was COVID. Jan 2, 2021, I was diagnosed with Covid. Fast forward fifteen months and I am still suffering from COVID. I am a long hauler. Without all of the gruesome details, I was ready to give up on life when our neighbor across from us told us she was selling her home. I knew my husband would buy it. What I didn't realize, had a plan. He knew if he bought 1469, I could help and feel like I had some purpose. Purpose is exactly what it has given me. I have good and bad days. Having the home across the road, we can afford our renters the BEST Hospitality! This property has given me hope and has afforded me ways to learn new skills and has allowed me to feel somewhat normal. I believe it was a greater power that helped this plan fall into place. We fully remodeled the home with many upgrades, revamped the landscaping and created a family fun rental. I am excited to have those families come enjoy Lake Murray Life.
