Full kitchen featuring massive cherry wood island with dual zone wine/beer fridge. Large full bathroom featuring option of glass walk in shower or stepping through to pergola covered outdoor shower.

My wife and I had an exceptional stay at this wonderful newly built hideaway. Fantastic views, fantastic facilities, we spent our time cooking and laughing and enjoying the scenery, champagne in the hot tub while watching the sunset is a truly magical experience. We watched scary movies on the large screen TV and made epic nachos in the full kitchen and fell asleep in the king size bed to the sound of rain pattering on the windows. The house had every amenity including high speed internet, dishwasher, wine fridge, full oven, hot tub, heated floors, and easy and quick communication with the owner. We are already planning our return trip for next year. Highly recommend if you just want to get away from it all.

We had an unforgettable three-day stay in Xandau. From the moment we arrived, Paul and Heidi welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. The cottage was wonderfully cozy, with a beautiful view and a crackling fireplace that made every evening feel special. The hot tub can be the perfect place to unwind while taking in the peaceful surroundings. We loved slowing down, preparing our own meals, and enjoying the quiet beauty of the area. Paul and Heidi’s thoughtful gift of fresh lobster was an especially memorable treat and we turned it into a delicious lobster cocktail for dinner. We also cherished the time we spent with their sweet dogs, Milo and Enzo. This was truly a special getaway, and we would gladly return. We’ll be recommending Paul and Heidi’s place to friends and family traveling this way. Their warm hospitality, cozy cottage, and beautiful setting made our stay one we won’t soon forget. Many thanks
