Luxurious & Spacious Beach house with AC & private sunlit patio, steps to sand!

Located in South Mission Beach, San Diego, Enjoy this 2 bedroom 2-bathroom First floor 732 Beach House! Primary bedroom has a Queen bed & full ensuite bathroom, guest room has two twin beds. The bedrooms have TVs and large closets and fans in every room. There is an additional full bathroom across the hall. There is a spacious living room with a SmartTV and comfortable couches, one is a pull out bed! Our newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked, enjoy home cooked meals at the spacious 6-person dining table. There is a large sunlit front patio as well with a BBQ and outdoor dining area which can seat up to 8 people :) It is shared with the upstairs unit. Property is situated at the end of the peninsula, surrounded by water, just steps from the beach/boardwalk (only 4 houses in!) and just across the street from the pristine and peaceful bay. Belmont Park only a 10-min walk along the boardwalk where you'll find bars, restaurants, cafes, markets, rental shops & shopping! Sea World less than a 10-min drive, Airport & Downtown only a 10-15 minute drive! La Jolla only 20 minutes. Text Lisa @ 619-972-5858 to book or ask any questions!

Great place! The beach is amazing. Sea world is 15 minutes away..Belmont Park is unique and fun… surf board and skim board rental close by… definitely would stay here again.

Main things I was looking for in B&B:It had 2 nice sized rooms with TV in kids room2 bathrooms with bathtub in oneVery close to the beach- son had a fold up wheelchair which B&B easily accommodatedBoardwalk easily accessible with WC and very closeKitchen had everything you neededAC -actually had issues first day but host was quick to respond and fix and was always available. I would definitely stay here again

After I booked this rental the communication with the host was excellent. I received very timely responses. The check in was very easy and it was important and so nice to have a designated parking spot right at the rental!! So nice to carry in our luggage and groceries right at our rental! It was very clean when we arrived and it was so nice to have 2 bathrooms!

Everything was exceptional! It was modern, clean, and felt spacious and comfortable. So nice to have tv in each room and lots of pillows and blankets (and board games too). We cooked a few meals (had everything we needed), used the bikes (riding on the strand is fun!) and used the boogie boards and umbrella —Mission beach is awesome! We will stay here again if back in area!

This place checked every box and then some. The space was spotless, beds were genuinely comfortable, and everything looked exactly as pictured, no surprises, just a well-kept, welcoming home.The location is fantastic. A short walk to the beach, and the host had beach chairs and bikes available, which made the whole experience feel effortless. Having a grocery store close by was a huge bonus for keeping costs down and eating on our own schedule.Two things that really sealed the deal for us: a dedicated parking spot that fit our full-size SUV without any hassle, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Absolute game changers for a beach stay with kids.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful beachside home! The location was perfect, just a few steps from Mission Beach and super convenient to everything we wanted to do in San Diego. Most places were only about a 15–20 minute drive away. The house was very clean, well maintained, and had plenty of room for our group to spread out comfortably. We also loved having a nice kitchen to cook meals in during the trip. We spent a lot of time outside on the porch, which we loved!Overall, such a great spot for a San Diego stay and we’d definitely come back! Thank you Lisa!

Wonderful South Mission Beach House! Plenty of room and had everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach or Bay. We had a couple of issues that needed attention and Lisa was on it within minutes literally. Would love to come back and stay here again.

Incredible beach property

I highly recommend this property. It was extremely clean. Lisa was responsive and easy to communicate with. It had everything you would need to cook and enjoy the area! It was very close to the beach and beach equipment was available! Amazing VROB!

we had a slight misunderstanding about the number of bedrooms as listed on the ad, but overall the place was very clean, roomy and comfortable. We contacted Lisa, the rental manager with a few questions and she was SUPER quick to respond. The place is really 'just steps from the board walk and beach! We would stay there again!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property in Mission Beach, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host, Lisa, was truly attentive to our needs. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The property itself was in fantastic condition and perfectly matched the listing—no surprises here! It was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the beach! We loved being able to stroll down to the sand whenever we wanted. 5 Stars!!!! We are definitely coming back! This home is perfectly equipped with all necessities, from a fully functional kitchen, new appliances, full size comfortable furniture and lovely spacious- bedrooms and bathrooms! The beach towels and storage equipped with beach chairs, a great sand umbrella came in handy. This home also has one of the largest front-patios in sight, we didn’t use the grill but it was so nice to know grilling was always an option! It was incredible to be steps away from the sand volleyball courts and the beach, our morning walks were incredible! Also, our SUV fit perfect in the front parking space, We enjoyed Thai home so much, we stayed an extra night!! The owner is extremely communicative, gracious, kind and professional! Our family had the best time, we are already looking at dates to come back again!
Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful granite, new shaker cabinets, deep pantry, new modern stainless-steel appliances, huge basin sink, great peninsula bar— kitchen is larger than it seems!

Great location for the price! Host was very responsive to all questions and helpful. Coffee and multiple food options within walking distance. Parking a second vehicle was a bit tricky on busy weekend but what you would expect for a beach location. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Location, Location, Location!! this place is perfectly situated between the beach and the bay so you can have your pick of either one with just a very short walk! There is also a small market within walking distance, we did not have to use our car for anything.It is on a quiet courtyard and very family friendly. There was plenty of room for our family of Fore and the place had everything we needed, even beach chairs! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to stay in Sunny San Diego.

Place was just as described. Perfect for me and my 3 kids. Spend hours and hours at the beach each day, was nice to be able to go back and forth from the beach to the house with in just a few minutes. Grilled up some steaks and enjoyed our meal on the table out front. Will definitely visit again!

Mi Casa es su Casa! Please treat this retreat as if it were your own home. This home/duplex was built by my Mom and Dad in 1967 and completely remodeled in 2016 by my Dad who passed away in 2023. I want to continue his legacy and dream for me to manage this property that is lovingly cherished.
