El club de playa es un complejo privado de tres pisos y cerrado. El Beach Club es un edificio en forma de U que se encuentra en la arena, no hay una calle concurrida o un paseo marítimo que lo separe de la playa. Cuenta con su propia piscina climatizada, jacuzzi y zona de barbacoa en el amplio atrio del jardín.

La Unidad # 305 es una unidad del tercer piso que le ofrece una hermosa vista directa del agua, el parque, el muelle y las pintorescas islas. Te relajarás con el sonido relajante de las olas del océano. Tendrás tu propio balcón privado y soleado con vista al mar.

Fabulous location

The property was terrific. Open the patio doors and listen to the waves crashing along the shoreline. Numerous restaurants within walking distance. Great underground and secure parking. The unit was roomy and clean. Our tennis team loved the place. Thank you.

Waking up to the sound of the beach was truly wonderful, and the place itself was spacious and very clean. That said, it would have been nice to have a few more basics provided—like condiments, extra beach towels, and more than two rolls of toilet paper. If you’re planning a stay, I’d recommend bringing along all the essentials you might need, such as toiletries, seasonings, and cooking oil.During our visit, the pool was closed and there was ongoing construction nearby, which did make things a bit less relaxing. The living room furniture is different from the photos, and the surrounding area does have some challenges, including a visible homeless presence. We did see a few disturbances, so it’s something to keep in mind when deciding if this location is right for you.

Being on the ocean was amazingl! Appreciated the cleanliness of the condo. Only negative would be the kitchen was not stocked well for us to cook all our meals; no fry pan, slow cooker or things like oven mitts and could have used more dishes for kids. Owners responded promptly to our requests. Perfect family unit! Would return.

Perfect Family Location with Stunning View.

Great clean roomy property with all the necessities for a family. Great beach access with basketball hoops & park. Nice pool & jacuzzi. Tons of restaurants & shops near by. Beautiful views & fully functional kitchen. We cooked Christmas dinner & had everything we needed dish wise to do it. Carpet could use a shampoo but with beachy feet I understand the reason why it’s tough to maintain. A few more rolls of toilet paper would have been appreciated but well stocked besides that. Highly recommend & would stay again! Made the perfect Christmas vacation spot!

Location is spectacular!

I think location of the property makes it spectacular, but the property itself is ok. A little shabby, things here and there are broken, no basic stuff like salt, sugar, shampoo. But the view from the window makes you forget about that!

Great Location and View

This top-floor condo has a terrific southwest view of the ocean, fishing pier, and sunset. The unit is within convenient walking distance of restaurants and other attractions. I found the unit to be clean and the kitchen to be reasonably well stocked.

Absolutely Perfect

This place looked exactly like the photos. The view was amazing and the condo had the necessities we needed. We were there 5 days and had groceries delivered and a few things like trash bags and paper towels but I am so happy with this condo. I hope we are able to stay Here again. It was clean and quiet but plenty of things for my kids to do! None of them wanted to leave! Thank you!

Views for a Relaxing Vacation!

We had an amazing stay at the beachfront condo in Imperial Beach! The view is incredible and very quiet except the nice crashing waves. We loved being able to bring the pup, the building is very secure. As others have noted, the furniture was well loved but everything was very clean. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfectly located & awesome view

My stay was awesome, it was perfectly located and the few and sound of the ocean felt very healing. The resort needs to spray a bit of wd-40 on all the key holes so the keys don’t get stuck as its the main to enter .........., the beach, your house, the elevator etc: in the salt air I’m sure there is a bit of build up & addressing this issue is a quick fix and would make it much easier for the guest not to have to wrangle getting the key out of the lock

You pay for the view.

The positives are the management and cleaning services. Both are remarkable. By far the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The negatives are the absolute sheer lack of essentials. There are no pot holders, no dish soap, no pizza pan, no pizza cutter. The pots are in desperate need of replacing. The carpet is utterly disgusting and in bad need of replacing. There could be more furnishings such as a sitting/reading area in the master bedroom. There are no personal touches. No extras. Just essential furnishings. The only thing that makes this unit desirable is the view. However, if you find a comparable view, then I feel like you can get more for your money elsewhere.

Dog Friendly Great Beach Getaway

Incredible ocean views, on the beach, close to the pier. There is plenty of beach where dogs are allowed. The unit is bright, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked. Could use a few new fry pans as the teflon is wearing off. There is a Mexican restaurant and liquor/convenience store next door. This was a Thanksgiving get away during COVID so the pool was off limits. Didn't need it. The beach was great and not crowded even during this time. If you have young children, there is a grassy play area next door and in front of the beach.

Perfect condo in the perfect location for families

this condo is perfect for a family vacation. Great, easy beach access. The beach has nice smooth sand without rocks..perfect for kids. The condo is a great size for extended family. We cooked all meals and had all the supplies we needed. Wonderful communication with owners. Would absolutely stay again.

I did not read the instructions clearly, and didn't know the lock box was IN the garage, and so once I figured that out, the rest was wonderful!!
