This cozy 900 sq ft cottage is thoughtfully designed for couples, small families, and groups of friends. Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a king-sized bed and a white noise machine to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and you can enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck while watching the sunrise.

Step outside to your private entertainment hub! The wonderful outdoor area is perfect for making memories and includes:
* A covered TV and sitting area
* Fun and games: cornhole, ping pong, and giant Connect Four
* A grill for afternoon cookouts
* A fire pit for roasting s'mores under the stars

We've also stocked the cottage with you in mind, providing modern conveniences like Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. For those traveling with little ones, a Pack 'n play and high chair are available. There is also now a full size air mattress option instead of the sofa couch

To ensure you have a wonderful stay, please note the following details about the property:
* The cottage has a cozy indoor footprint of 912 sq ft.
* There is no bathtub; the bathroom is equipped with a shower.
* A convenient second toilet is located outdoors.
* The outdoor shower provides cold water only, perfect for a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach.
* We provide a fishing cart and a fish cleaning table for your use, but please bring your own fishing rods and gear.
