Welcome to your perfect Anna Maria Island getaway! This highly rated home offers a private retreat with one of the larger pools on the island, a beautifully landscaped backyard, and a 20' tall tiki hut - hand-built by Native Americans - featuring a bar and seating for six. Lounge by the spa, play poolside games, or fire up the grill on one of two spacious decks with outdoor dining.

Inside, you'll find quality furnishings, a large master suite with a king bed, a whimsical guest room with queen bed, and nook in the living room with a twin over twin bunkbed. BEACH GEAR: 4 beach chairs with shades, cooler and beach wagon.

PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained and less than 40lbs. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

PARKING: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

We love the Sassy Seahorse

We've been vacationing here for several years. We love the location, the backyard, and the ability to bring along our dog. Larry has continued to be a lovely host each year. This was our first visit after the hurricanes. It was wonderful to see the resilience and hard work from everyone on AMI. We can't wait to visit again.
