I moved to Los Angeles from Paris in 2011. I love the beach life, the laid back California lifestyle and the great weather we have here all year round. Last year I got married to Eric and just moved to Santa Barbara to live with him!

I have lived in this apartment for 14 years and the location is unbeatable. We are a 5 minute walk to the bluff and the beautiful Palisades Park, where I used to run every day, with its breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Monica Mountains. I have been admiring the sunset from this park for over a decade and I never get tired of it!
Montana Ave is the next block, it is the Champs Elysees of Santa Monica! Lots of restaurants, clothing stores and the Aero, an annex of the American Cinematheque to watch lots of classics.
The Third Street Promenade and downtown Santa Monica are also within walking distance (3 blocks south), great for shopping, dining and going to the movies.

This is a 50's beach apartment. It has retained that mid-century charm. I have two gas heaters so it's warm in the winter! The building is quiet and the location is so exquisite that this place is a real gem.
