What a perfect little place our family had of 4. Santa Monica Pier, beach muscle park, dining options were all within a 5 min walk! Parking garage was great so we didn’t have to deal with pubic parking. (Small space but fit our small SUV just perfectly). No stove but we made it work with the toaster oven and microwave. Beds were cozy too! Would definitely stay again! The host was quick to respond as well and let us check-in a couple hours early which was awesome!

Beach apt

Construction on the building and adjoining building, including jackhammering, construction vehicles, construction trash removal etc made the stay much less than enjoyable, conversation difficult and napping impossible. Area rugs were worn out, electrical outlet underneath curtains was HANGING OUT OF THE WALL. General lack of cleanliness. Beds were so close to walls we had to CRAWL IN! Final steps on top of long staircase were unsafe and CLEARLY not to code.

The place is very well located near the Santa Monica Pier and literally a minute to the bike and walking path, which was great. Third Street promenade, shopping area and food are all walking distance, so the location is very good. Unfortunately, the building next door was in a total renovation stage so there was constant noise and banging from early in the morning. The bed was bit too soft for my comfort, but not a problem, and the two bedrooms were useful for a longer stay with my daughter. The communication with the owner/manager was good. All in all, I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The California weather while we were there was perfect for the AC unit that was there. The unit is literally steps from the beach and the view from the window is magnificent. The pier was so close and we walked to it daily. The unit was stocked with necessities in case you forgot something important. Would book this unit again!

It was a wonderful property, perfect distance from the beach and restaurants. It was very clean with cute little touches that made for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Location is stellar and parking garage was helpful. Beds were comfy and shower was hot. Garage is very narrow, 2 flights of stairs up to condo, ac is only in 1 bedroom and it's on a timer. We opened all the windows and ocean breeze made for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and little patio were a huge bonus. Protip: coffee at Poseidon surf shop on Ocean

Steps away from the beach

We had lovely girls weekend at this adorable, cozy VRBO. We went out to the beach everyday, walked to amazing restaurants and took advantage of being in such a great location.

Great then......

This property is great but when a vacation disrupting maintenance issue happened the owner pretty much expected us to deal with it and said we could contact VRBO to get a new place. We had no hot water from Saturday night til monday just before checkout.

Little Condo

Quaint 2 bedroom condo perfect to lay your head after a short walk to the beach and pier and walkable to many restaurants. Comes with garage parking spot built for sedan or smaller. Great host communication and availability. Little bit of outside noise at night but safe and convenient.

Great Location

Very walkable location. Easy walk to the Santa Monica Pier. Delightful nearby breakfast restaurant called Sweet Maple. Parking available in an attached garage which is critical if you've rented a car for your stay. Many other fine restaurants within walking distance. Rained the first two days, so we went from virtually no traffic activity to very heavy activity when the weather got nice again. Host Luhanda was quick to respond to questions.

Great location and price!

We stayed a few days near Santa Monica pier! We loved the location as it was walking distance from the beach and the infamous pier! Luhanda was quick to respond and her directions were very clear with the check in process! Would recommend!

Cozy studio on the beach

Just steps from the beach and everything you would want to do in Santa Monica! The host was very nice and responded to any questions or needs we had very quickly.

Great Location

Great little spot in the perfect location. We enjoyed our stay here very much. However there were a few things that made me leave 4 stars. The shower door and faucet need attention. When turning on the shower water sprays all over you from the handle. Towels are in good condition however there are not enough and they smell of mildew. Prior to booking I asked if a late check out was available and the host said yes. Prior to arrival I asked again for a late checkout at 12 pm and was told it was fine. On the day of check out the cleaning lady knocked on the door at 11:15. I told her we had a late checkout. She said she wanted the trash and I let her in. Then she proceeded to start cleaning and totally ignoring my husband and I statements of a late checkout. Luckily we were packed so we got our stuff and left. The host took 15 minutes to answer me and then told me sorry, she must not have gotten the memo. As a host myself I find that response unacceptable for a prearranged late check out. Just say no next time.
