ROYAL PALM SUITE (sleeps 6, 2nd floor), a 3 bedroom luxury townhouse of sqft 1,850 over 3 floors, 2 kings and 1 queen size bed, 3 balconies (each has a Gulf View), all rooms facing towards the Ocean have a Gulf view, a kitchen with granite counter tops, and a bathtub with Gulf view plus a bidet.

Please call for holiday rates for this listing, during high season February 4th - April 22nd 2017 we rent from Saturday - Saturday exclusively.

Perfect location. Sweetest owner in the world!

We had the best time and absolutely loved the place. The location was perfect, the house was beautiful and the owner so accommodating! The pool was lovely and the view was fantastic!

Only exceptions were the jet tub which we couldn't get to turn on, lack of pillow cases which we wouldn't have thought to bring and the outdated coffee maker (I'm a coffee snob, sorry!!) Next time, we will pack pillow cases and bring my own Kurig! Otherwise, everything was amazing and I will be back!

Owner's Response: Dear Ms. Becky, Thank you for having stayed at the Royal Palm Suite. We would like to let you know that you are a valued guest. I would like to respond to a few items you complained about: Whirlpool: You know that you could have reached me by just giving me a phone call. I am available 24/7 and live in town. I walk my property regularly and introduce myself to guests. The tub just needs to be filled above the jets and a simple little touch on the black GE sensor would have started the bubbles. We also could have given you extra pillows or pillow cases, again, I am just a phone call away. Coffee Machine: We cannot place a Kurig coffee machine into our rental apartments because then other guests have to bring special coffee pods for it too. A regular coffee machine serves all guests and you may bring your own coffee machine with you next time. When you called and asked me what coffee machines we have (before your arrival) I mentioned that we have normal coffee machines with filters. You review implied to other guests that our whirlpool is not working and that we do not offer costumer service because you did not have enough pillow cases which is not the case. I have owned and proudly operated this property for the last 20 years and ALWAYS go the extra mile to serve my guests. You did not mention that you needed anything when we spoke on the phone during your stay. Thank you for taking the time to write a 5 start review which is much appreciated. Best, Virginia

Just as we hoped/expected

We had a fantastic week in Siesta Key. Gumbo Limbo was just as we expected and hope for. The proximity to the beach was perfect. The pool and grilling area was a quiet escape from the busyness of the beach when needed. The hosts were accommodating, available, and eager to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The best of the best

Stayed here Mar 14-21. I can't say enough positive. Don't hesitate to stay here you won't be disappointed. The place is clean, feels private, perfect location. The beach is the best I've ever been on and it was maybe a one minute walk. Very close to bars and restaurants. The owner is fantastic to deal with and very attentive. There are plenty of amenities including a kitchen and grill and don't forget the pool, very relaxing. This definitely tops the list of all of the places I've stayed at over the last 30yrs.

This is perfect!

before you even see Gumbo Limbo you know you will love it. Virginia is a charming, friendly woman who responds to every request with amazing speed. The unit we stayed in was extremely clean, the bed comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. From our unit we could see the nice pool and hear the lovely waterfall, all surrounded by nice green landscaping. The property is well kept. I've saved the best for last: location! It can't be

beat. Ocean is a very, very short walk and the Village is a mile away, also a nice walk.

We plan to return. No doubt about it.

Awesome Family Spot!

We had a wonderful stay at Gumbo Limbo! The accomodations were perfect for our group, the amenities are plentiful, and the location cannot be beat! Beach access SHORT walk away, awesome swimming pool, lots of nooks and crannies to get away from everything, and plenty of outdoor / indoor space.

Our unit was dog friendly and that helped to make our stay even better.

Unit and grounds were perfectly clean and wonderfully maintained. We would stay here again!
