It is fully equipped with great indoor and outdoor dining areas, barbecue area, mini tennis and a large swimming pool which is shared with Villa Juno (vrbo # 4423275). This property can be booked in combination with Villa Juno which is next door with combined capacity of 18people.

Why they chose this property

The villa is comprised of 4 bedrooms, fitting a total of 8 guests in real comfort. The outdoor areas are large and well furnished, just as well as you will be spending most of your time outside. They include two areas for dining (one shaded and one sunbathed). The furniture and decorations throughout the property are tasteful, vintage Cycladic with some modern touches. All the spaces are bathed in plenty of natural light, and the house is well ventilated with lots of windows.

What makes this property unique

Koundouros has many beaches some organized. You may drive around the area of Poisses, Ano Mera or Petroussa where you may enjoy the breathtaking view from the lighthouse. Kea is famous for hiking. The main village (Chora) is one of the most traditional in the Cyclades and nicely preserved. Still, Sunset Villa is the ideal and idylic place to rest, enjoy and relax.
