Beautiful house

Property is great! Within walking distance of Main Street shops and restaurants and multi purpose trail and hiking trails. Short drive to ski areas (Breckenridge and Keystone) and not too far to drive to Beaver Creek and Vail ski areas.

Lovely cosy home

We had a great stay with my family. The house is conveniently located, near main ski resorts. There are awesome amenities for the community (hot tub, indoor pool, dry sauna, steam room, sport room)The neighborhood is very friendly and helped us clearing the driveway after a huge snow storm

Very comfortable home with plenty of room for our multi-generational family. Fenced in yard for pup and 2 car garage is a plus! Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, cups, pots and pans.

Get Stay at Patio Home

Our family group of six adults enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very comfortable. The Frisco location gives easy access to many ski resorts, plus the amenities of downtown Frisco. The owner is very helpful and responsive with questions. We hope to visit again soon.

Great family get together at Frisco

Enjoyed Frisco and skiing at Copper. House is welcoming and owner is responsive. We were a family of 5 adults and one medium size dog. Walked down town for a little shopping and one one dinner out. Also hiked local trails. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs.

Excellent property and owner

Our group was grandparents (2) and family of 5 (3 kids aged 17 to 11, and 2 parents). Everyone was comfortable and there were no problems with noise of any kind. Streets are kept clear of snow, and the distance into town is walkable on a nice day. The house is clean and well stocked. Furniture is slightly used but still good. Very pleasant stay for one week during Christmas season.

An absolute must stay!!

We travel to Breck every year for family vacation. This year it was the 4 from my family (including one teen and one toddler), my MIL and SIL. We had plenty of room! Everyone had their own space and the house was more than accommodating with supplies and amenities. Dorelle is so easy to communicate with and very attentive to her guest! Frisco is a perfect hub spot to Breck, Copper Mountain, Keystone, etc. We will absolutely stay here again! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation.

Outstanding

Our family stayed in Frisco Colorado for a week. We planned lots of day trips to Vail, Breckinridge, Idaho Springs etc. Frisco was the perfect place to stay. Our place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. Frisco has some fun shops & places to eat, and Dillon CO is just around the corner with great places to eat as well. We had a great time! Would recommend this location and house!

Super Location!

Very nice place. It is updated and very comfortable. We felt right at home! Location was ideal: quiet neighborhood that was a short walk from the rec path and downtown Frisco. The 58 mile rec path is outstanding for biking and walking. Hiking trailheads are nearby. Rainbow Lake trail is one of our favorites. Short drive to Breckenridge. Only 35 miles to Leadville which was really interesting and fun.

Great space, close to Main Street and ski resorts

Stayed between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Location is close to Main Street and our non-skiers enjoyed visiting all of the shops. Short drive to Copper Mountain. Plenty of beds for our family of 7. Kitchen is laid out well and the large dining table was perfect for playing board games. Host was extremely helpful and responded quickly. We definitely will be back.

Great house in Frisco with wonderful Mountain Views

Our families had a wonderful time at this great home in Frisco. Just a short drive or bus ride to Copper Mountain Ski Resort. Plenty of space to spread out for 2 families and pet-friendly as well. Kitchen was nice for cooking at home with a large table for dinners, cards and seats 8 easily. Walk to downtown Frisco was easy as well. Thanks Dorelle for a wonderful Holiday in the Rockies! We will definitely return.

Great for 1-2 families

We were there just after Labor Day. House is in nice quiet neighborhood but within 10 min walking distance of Main Street. There were 2 master bedrooms, both with king size beds, and downstairs 2 twins in one room and bunk bed twins in other room. All beds were comfortable. Newly remodeled kitchen, and good- sized comfortable living room. Small back yard is fenced, but our beagle was able to easily escape under the stairs. If you had a big dog that probably would not be an issue. It was fine as we didn’t need to let our dog stay outside on his own. He got plenty of exercise on walks and hikes!

Owner extremely nice and good location. Upon arrival, 2 feet of snow on everything and could not use the steps or porch. My husband is 81 with a bad back and could not shovel. Used garage entry entire time. Felt shoveling should have been performed before arrival. Bathroom rugs not clean and had to be washed. Bedroom carpets stained but can understand when pets are allowed. Bedroom TV did not have batteries in remote and would not work even after adding.

Super comfy and awesome stay overall!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. There was plenty of room, the club house was an awesome feature, and it was nice and cozy indoors while it stormed outside. In addition, there were awesome trails not too far away from the house that we did some fun trail runs on. We did feel that it wasn't very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms and we had trouble turning on the fireplace. Also, we weren't quite sure how to heat the basement, as it was very chilly when we got there. Overall, we were so thankful for such a reasonable price and comfy house! Thank you so so much for letting us stay at your home.

Home away from home--Early Dec 2015

We've stayed in many VRBO condos/houses over the years--from Colorado to Iowa to Missouri to Indiana. We found this house to be among the best in terms of cleanliness, kitchen equipment, av/wifi, etc. It was great to be able to use the garage. Our two labradoodles loved the deck/fenced yard and the neighborhood was great for walks. We enjoyed skiing at Copper and did some snowshoeing in nearby Breckenridge. The owner is easy to deal with--always returns emails with answers to questions. You can tell the owner takes pride in the home and it is a good value.

Great location close to Frisco.

The 3 bed 3 bath home would be great for a large family.It was just the 2 of us for a fall trip so more room than we needed.If anyone has knee issues there is lots of stairs into the home upstairs to bedrooms and downstairs to bedrooms.The owner was so nice and the home was clean but very dated.Green rugs , maroon paint , outdated kitchen.The bathrooms were recently updated.Many people dont care about that but I like to describe it like it is.The Aspens were beautiful and town is great with great biking trails.The is a great place to come to ski or not to ski.

We are retired school teachers from Illinois and have enjoyed skiing in Summit County since the late 1970's. We never tire of biking the beautiful paved biking paths in the summer although the mountain bike trails have humbled us. We especially enjoy the Frisco community where people love the outdoors and remain friendly to tourists.

Summit county is an ideal, year round vacation area. Locals say that tourists come for the skiing and stay for the summers which is exactly what I did. Ski resorts make ideal vacation locations for summers because they have an abundance of lodging so summer rental rates are more reasonable than areas that depend on summer rentals exclusively.
