Welcome to the enchanting Hide-A-Way Suite, a beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath ground-floor apartment offering 580 sq.ft. of comfort and style.

Nestled in a serene, non-smoking environment, this suite comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a king-size bed and a luxury queen self-inflating air mattress in the living room.
A charming round table with two elegant chairs creates the perfect nook for dining, morning coffee, or intimate conversations.
The table’s smooth, polished surface invites you to relax and enjoy a cozy meal, while the comfortable chairs, designed with soft cushions and a modern yet timeless look, add both style and comfort to your space.

All bedding is hypoallergenic, ensuring a restful sleep for all.

French doors open to a sunny patio deck, where you can enjoy a romantic breakfast or unwind with a book, all while overlooking the stunning black-bottom heated waterfall pool.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for meal prep and includes a washer/dryer for added convenience. Both the living room and bedroom feature flat-screen TVs with YouTube for your entertainment.

For your comfort, the suite is fully air-conditioned and heated. Complimentary amenities include on-site parking (1 car), beach chairs, sun umbrellas, 5G Wi-Fi, and family-friendly items like a pack & play and a high chair.

Please note, this unit does not allow pets, and we exclusively rent from Saturday to Saturday during high season (February - April).

This was my second time going to Vanessa’s place and I love it. The place has a perfect location, just across the street from the beautiful siesta key beach. The place is very clean and it has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Vanessa is very friendly and quick to respond via phone or message. The proximity to the beach and the Village is amazing! We spent mornings enjoying the beach and afternoons by the lagoon pool. Everything at the unit was as expected. This was our second time staying at Gumbo Limbo and we'll be back. Virginia is a wonderful hostess.

The hideaway suite was the perfect size for the 2 of us. Everything was clean and neatly kept upon arrival. The bathroom was a bit bigger than the picture makes it appear. The bed was comfy and the closet with extra drawers was an added bonus. The AC is a single until in the main living area, so the bedroom was a little warm even with fans going. Never did get the tv in the main area to work, but that was fine. The grounds felt like a little oasis with some shared areas and our own patio. I liked the proximity to the trolly line, beach & town. Overall, I would recommend this unit. The downfall was the lack of quality beach umbrellas and not enough beach chairs for the number of guests. For the purpose of carrying beach gear, yes the beach is only 60 steps away, but the ocean is another 200!

We are so happy you enjoyed the Hide-A-Way Suite, the comfy bed, patio area, trolley access, and our little tropical oasis atmosphere. We also appreciate your feedback. The suite actually has two TVs, and a quick phone call to us would most likely have solved the issue right away. Sometimes a previous guest accidentally signs out of the streaming service, and we are always happy to help guests get everything working again quickly. As for the beach distance, that made us smile a little because while the beach access is truly only about 60 steps away, the Gulf of Mexico itself does like to move depending on high tide and low tide! One day the water may be much closer, another day farther out, but the beautiful white sand beach access is directly across the street, which is what most guests love so much. Regarding beach equipment, I was actually at our pool shed yesterday and counted about 25 beach umbrellas plus many, many beach chairs available complimentary for guests. Occasionally earlier guests may already have taken some down to the beach when new guests arrive, but we absolutely try to provide enough for everyone to enjoy. Beach umbrella rentals on Siesta Key currently cost around $31 per umbrella per day, so we are happy to offer these complimentary to our guests whenever available. Thank you again for your stay and recommendation. We would love to host you again.

Perfect stay for our Babymoon!

My husband and I loved our stay at the Hideaway Suite. It was clean, and just the right amount of space for us. Perfectly located close to town and a short walk to the beach, on a not very crowded section of beach. The pool was great for a dip, although it was shared we were able to spend time in it just ourselves at some points.

I can't wait to stay here again. The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach, walking distance into town or the trolley stop is right on the corner. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Perfect island get away for two.
