Loved staying at this cozy home. It’s not the most updated, has only 5 actual bedrooms, but is quite homey. It was very clean, had plenty of towels, toilet paper and other necessities. The owner is easy to talk to and an excellent communicator. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and good house for family and friends. Host was very good at communicating and replied almost immoderately always. One note- car garage is not included and is locked.

The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star rating is that home did not have a gas grill and was short on supplies like paper towel, garbage bags and toilet paper. Not enough bath towels for our group of 12. Original number of planned guests was 15. Dryer should probably get replaced.

Such a great time! Plenty of space for the entire family. Spent some nice afternoons in the fenced in back yard, so nice for our dog! Plenty of kitchen accoutrements for family cooking, which we did several times. Jeremy very attentive and responded to our needs within minutes! Would definitely stay here again, wonderful family location.

Large and comfortable place to stay while in town helping my daughter with her wedding. Quiet neighborhood and reasonable price made it much more useful for the kids and dog.

Host called us at 8:30pm one day and then showed up at 9pm when we didn’t answer to bring up the trash cans and quickly change the heating element in the dryer. At 9pm?! We had babies in the house already sleeping. It was not a quiet chore. Seems like one that should maybe be done between guests. We already don’t get the privacy we pay for as far as I’m concerned, not to mention don’t give me 10 cleaning tasks to do before I check out. I paid a 250 cleaning fee already. Hate that this has become the norm. Also we had to wash all the towels before we used them because most of them had never been washed before (or never dried). The beds were pretty uncomfortable. Otherwise it’s a nice house and it’s big and the location is good. Sleeps a lot of people.

Yes. I did call at 830 and asked if it would be ok to replace the part on the dryer. There was an unsafe part on the heating element that was a concern. As soon as I got the part I wanted to replace it so as to not put anyone in danger. The replacement took less than 20 minutes. I apologize for the inconvenience but maybe in the future you could tell your host that the timing won’t work and that they need to find another time instead of saying yes and then giving a bad review. As far as the “don’t give me 10 cleaning tasks to do before I check out”, this is a gross exaggeration. First of all they are listed as “Check out requests” and there are 3 of them. Dishes in the dishwasher and start, start one load of towels (if your schedule allows) and take out your trash and again they are requests. Not even mandatory. I can assure you that the towels had been washed. They are washed after every guest stay. As far as the beds are concerned I will look into getting those replaced. They were new 1.5 years ago but thanks for the heads up. I hope you find a different place that you enjoy more than this one next time. Good luck.

This was a great home for our large family to stay in our on trip. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had plenty of room. We really appreciated the basement space for the grandkids. They loved the foosball table! Plenty of dishes and pans available to make cooking our meals easy. We will stay here again on future trips.

Just as advertised

We were in the area to celebrate my son‘s wedding. We had activities going on all weekend and this house was a perfect home base for us. Jeremy was very responsive, and we found the house very spacious and it accommodated us all comfortably, from adults to infants.

This home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with great trails and parks—perfect for families with kids. It was super spacious and comfortable. The kids had a blast with the Foosball table in the basement, and we definitely appreciated having some space to spread out. There are plenty of restaurants and stores just minutes away, and we were really close to fun spots like downtown Boulder and the Estes Park entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this place!

Great for the price.

We were there with a family reunion of 4 with spouses and one 30 kid (8). Plenty of room and one bedroom of the five wasn't even used. Owner very responsive and came one time to replace a toilet which was leaking.The kitchen was a mish-mash of appliances and utensils. The blender was only the jar, but we had enough to cook for 8.There were only 3.5 baths, not the 4.5 advertised, but the upstairs crowd shared without fighting....Overall, it was a great place and very clean for the price.Space, space, space.

This was the perfect property for our group of 8 in the area to attend our daughter's wedding. It was quiet, clean, and the beds and showers were all comfortable, important for recovery from all the activities. The kitchen was well equipped so that when I made brunch for the whole group on Sunday, I had no difficulty making coffee, quiche, fruit, etc. for brunch also. I wish we'd had more time to play some of the games available in the house! One thing to note, as is typical with basements, the rooms downstairs were quite chilly compared to the rest of the house, so anybody staying in that bedroom might want an extra layer. That said, the comforter made it comfortable for sleeping.

The house was nice, spacious, and clean overall. However, it’s very much mislabeled as “sleeps 15”. We had to bring numerous blowup mattresses and pulled out a mattress from the basement closet. There weren’t sheets, pillows, or enough blankets for that many people either. The soap dispensers were all watered down and there was only one extra toilet paper roll per bathroom. I was a little disappointed that my guests had to scramble for beds. However, the host was responsive and accommodated a slightly earlier check in to the house. I would only recommend for 10 guests, no more.

This is a very frustrating, dishonest, and disingenuous review. Before Sara arrived she inquired about the beds/sleeping arrangements and I explained all of the sleeping arrangements to her and she responded that it would be acceptable. The soap is not watered down. Ever. There are four toilets and each of them have two rolls of toilet paper in them. There is also extra toilet paper under the master bedroom sink. How much more toilet paper did she need for a two night stay??!! There was no “scrambling for beds”, you knew exactly what the bed situation was after we messaged about it. Bummer that you found it necessary to leave this type of inaccurate review.

We really enjoyed staying at the property! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The house was clean and had plenty of beds and bathrooms to suit our party of 7 with room to spare! Our host, Jeremy, was friendly and quick to answer any questions we had! We would definitely stay again!

This is not a seven bedroom house, only a 5 bedroom house, every bed was so uncomfortable, the only TV that you can watch was the one in the living room and every other tv was small and wouldn’t connect to the internet to watch anything, the internet service was horrible even after the owner purchased wifi extenders. The location was good and had plenty of parking and the host was nice and friendly and responded very quickly.
