Inside, you’ll find a comfortable king bed plus a tri-fold mattress for extra sleeping space, making it a great fit for couples or small groups. Spend your days soaking up the sun with provided beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, carts, and towels, then unwind in the shared outdoor seating area or fire up one of the propane grills for a casual evening in.



With on-site coin laundry and convenient parking, this space is designed for an easy, stress-free stay. Whether you're here for beach days, local dining, or exploring the Space Coast, you’ll have everything you need right at your fingertips.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.



Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available.

Guests are limited to one vehicle, with parking available in any open spot on-site, plus additional overflow parking nearby.
