Stay with your family or your good friends at this beautiful two-bedroom two-bathroom duplex for a short vacation and enjoy Florida's sunshine and the amazing Atlantic beach! Only 9 minutes walking distance to the beautiful Atlantic beach! 4 minutes drive to the Port Canaveral cruise terminals, 5 minutes to the Cocoa beach pier, 20 minutes to the Kennedy Space Center, 42 minutes to the Orlando International Airport, and about 50 minutes to the Disney World and the Universal Studios in Orlando!

The space of the house: one king size bed and a comfortable couch in the master bedroom, one queen size bed in the second bedroom, and two sofas in the living area. A fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops let you cook your favorite food while on vacation. Free high speed Wi-Fi and a large screen TV subscribed with Netflix and the Disney bundle channels (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+).

Adorable duplex with all of the necessary amenities. Felt like home away from home. Clean, spacious and great location a block or two from beautiful beach. Jeff and Ryan were great even allowing for an additional night at end of stay, early checkin and pick up if package delivered after completing stay. Both had excellent communication and prompt responses. Would definitely stay again if available. Even enquired about possible long term rental but unfortunately owners plan on putting it on market and it is more than I can afford

Nice Central Location

This property was located in a central location, making it easy to get to all attractions in the Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and Merritt Island areas. It is nicely updated and stocked with everything for you to be comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great place near beach

Three adults staying two nights before a cruise. Short walk to be on the beach. We saw a rocket launch from cabana real and only 7 min to cruise ship port! Very clean would stay again

Cute, Quiet and Great Location

This home is conveniently located to everything. Less than 10 minutes to port and Cocoa Beach. Less than 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Quiet neighborhood just a block off main highway. Lots of restaurants and stores so everything is right at your fingertips. Beautiful clean and spacious duplex.

Perfect pre-cruise vacation home

The home was in the perfect location. Its close to several restaurants, it close to the rental return, its close to the beach, and close to the cruise port. The house was very nice, clean, and had a washer/dryer, which was a bonus. Jeff, the host was very friendly and got back to us quickly. Highly recommend!

Location wonderful

The house is very spacious, clean, with very well equipted kitchen. The owners provide beach boards and beach chairs, toys to play in the sand and on the beach. Wouldn''t think twice about reserving it again.

Absolutely Amazing!

Fantastic property located in a wonderful neighborhood. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and a very awesome bar that plays live music on weekends. House was clean and perfect for our stay in Florida before boarding our cruise. Must stay property if anyone is planning a visit to Cape Canveral.

Cocoa Beach

The property is not advertised as a duplex. It is. Home needed a good cleaning. No live television even after they provided Hulu. Lights were burnt out or not working. Main bath shower has mold. Limited paper products or none at all. Master bedroom mattress is very hard. Best part was the tiki bar next door. Great place.

Perfect overnight stay

We stayed in between cruises and it couldn’t have been better. The house is immaculate and had plenty of space. The morning coffee was much appreciated. There was a nice tiki bar restaurant within walking distance and the food was very good.

Comfortable place to stay

Property was easy to find and close to the beach. One of the best equipped kitchens we’ve seen in a rental. Comfortable for our party of 4 adults. Quick communication with our host. The only negative was the beds are a little firmer than we’re used to.

Love it when online description is 100% accurate! Great communication with host, very clean, less than 1/2 mile straight shot walk to the beach. Would stay again.

We want to come back soon

Our family was impressed of the place. We all love it. It was cleaned and fresh. The complementary toiletries were a blessing. Also I didn't expect to have beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, and beach toys. So glad we didn't have to buy them. Jeff was so great and quick to answer my questions, we wish we stay longer.

Beautiful rental

This property was outstanding. I was kind of skeptical at first but I was pleasantly surprised when we stepped inside. Everything is just as pictured. Clean and well maintained. Close to everyhing.
