Thank you so much for your kind words and for choosing to stay with us during such an important time for your family. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival. The issue with the AC was caused by the previous guests moving the furniture and blocking the vent, which unfortunately led to the unit freezing. We appreciate your patience as our team worked to get it functioning again the following morning. We’re also sorry about the trash receptacle and the missing remote and fan controller in the master bedroom — these have since been addressed to prevent a recurrence. We’re glad to hear that aside from those issues, you were still able to enjoy your stay and the outdoor fire setup. Your comments help us improve the experience for future guests, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for the 5-star review. We appreciate your support and hope to welcome you back to Fiesta Stay.
