About Jacopo Baiocco
Let me introduce myself. My name is Jacopo Baiocco, I'm 32 and I've been renting my villas for over a decade. After I became a father at age 20 I decided to leave my job as a bartender and throw myself in this new adventure. At the beginning it was certainly hard, as I was trying to rent my properties through agencies, but in 2009 I decided to try a more personal approach and started working with HomeAway. Thanks to my guests word of mouth my villas are always full of new clients and, as I'd like to consider, friends. After two years of hard work I'm happy to announce that our brand new Villa Febea is available for rent. I cured every aspect and detail of its restoration and I hope you love it just as much I do. As always, I check every property before my guests arrival, and you could easily find me serving you breakfast or cooking you dinner during your stay. My carefully selected staff and I are always available for our guests. We hope to have you here with us soon, Jacopo

This villa was perfect for our family vacation. Conveniently located between Florence and Rome, near a train station and the town of Chiusi, day trips were fun and accessible. The villa itself is well thought out with space for all, room to roam and explore, a pool, BBQ, and private chapel in walking distance. The Autostrada is very close and accessible. This truly was the perfect place for us
Beautiful Tuscan villa and a lovely holiday!!
Our group of 11 adults stayed at Villa Febea in May 2019.
The villa is beautiful, and the grounds and facilities really did exceed our expectations.
All the bedrooms were spacious and all had an en-suite bathroom, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Everyone in the group was happy with their room.
The large pool is lovely. Very clean and well maintained, with plenty of seating and sun loungers.
Because the kitchen is very spacious and well-equipped, we cooked most of our evening meals at home. A couple of nights we ate at local restaurants, which were also very good.
We pre-booked a pasta making class for the whole group in the villa, which was enjoyed by everyone.
The countryside around the villa is stunning, and the villa is well positioned for day-trips to Siena, San Gimignano, Montepulciano etc.
The service from Jacopo and Alice was excellent. All questions were answered promptly, both before and during our stay.
We highly recommend Jacopo and Villa Febea, and we don’t hesitate to give this villa 5 stars.
Luxury Villa with Tuscan Charm
We picked this villa to accommodate 16 family members and friends and wanted to experience the Tuscan/Umbria areas. From the start, Jacopo (Yacopo), owner, was attentive in answering all of our questions. The Villa has a heated pool and chapel on site. The entire property is lovely, clean, and spacious. The surrounding grounds are manicured; there are trails to hike; every morning a concerto of birds singing, and the location was perfect to visit Siena, Florence, the wine areas, Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Civita, etc... It was magical to say the least. In regard to safety, the area is surrounded by a gated fence. We felt very relaxed to keep the doors open as my son was sleeping in an outside casita near the pool area. We ordered daily breakfast which was well worth the cost and a traditional dinner cooked for us when we arrived that evening. It was delicious as we sampled Tuscan cooking. We also experienced a cooking class and learned how to cook the custom foods of the area. The washer and dryer were a plus and knowing you have clean clothes for the following week was not a stressor. The town of Chiusi (Qu-see) was filled with restaurants, banks, and a national museum. Read up on Etruscan history. There are rich remnants around the Villa and area.
We were all genuinely happy with the service and accommodations. Our best vacation ever! Thanks Jacopo and staff for making wonderful memories for our family and friends.
Incredibly beautiful and peaceful surroundings.
We stayed at the villa for a week...21 family and friends...loud...really loud group. The villa was wonderful. The rooms are large and comfortable. We opted for breakfast which was wonderful...cereal, eggs, crossants, meats cheezes...more food than we could eat. Had both the welcome dinner as well as the Tuscan dinner...both were terrific.
21 people happy guests...this was a fabbulous experience. Jacapo was a wonderful host...the small chapel on the property is wonderful...we loved every moment we stayed at this villa. You will not be dissappointed should you decide to stay here.
Thank You :-)
We stayed at Jacobos villa in july 2018. 23 in all including small children. The villa and surroundings exceeded our expectations. Spacious rooms each with Beautiful bathrooms and airconditioning. Pool and grounds very nice and clean. Well maintained and supervised. Service fram Jacopo was excellent. Nice breakfast area and service as well as dinner service. A true Italian villa in the rolling Hills of Tuscany. 5 stars from us.
Beautiful scenery and a stunning villa - a real authentic Tuscan experience
From the moment we drove up the cypress trees lined driveway up the hill to the villa to leaving on the last day we all were enchanted by this lovingly restored villa and the surrounding grounds. Website pictures don’t do justice to the dreamy Tuscan scenery and the villa harmonically blends in with the surroundings. All facilities are there including a heated swimming pool and a gym. The rooms are spacious and bright, the local wines delectable.
The owner, Jacopo, was exceedingly helpful from the moment of the booking and throughout our stay. We had two dinners at the villa which he organised for us and we had two excellent evenings!
You’ll need a car as the villa is off the beaten track.plenty to do around the area including tmust dos such as the termes.
