Location is ideal for Weddings and Docking in French Bay - Across the street from French Bay Marina with sunset views. Walk 100 yds to the Antique Boat Museum or grab a pizza and beer at the Wood Boat Brewery.

Having a wedding in Clayton this summer - this home would serve as the perfect spot for family and guests.

Great for launching at Mary Street Boat ramp and they have docking spaces there to rent. We having parking for up to 2 boats and trailers behind our house.

The space
This home offers plenty of space for your small group getaway. You can see the water and sunset from the 3 season front porch.

Home features a brand new kitchen and dining room, floor radiant heat, and on demand hot water.

WiFi available and Smart TV / Surround System for Music.

* Please Note* The 4 bedrooms and full bath are on the 2nd floor. The shower is a walk-in.

Guest access
Everything is walking distance from this location. Parking is restricted on Theresa street, but we have room to park for up to 5 or 6 cars or 2 cars/trucks and 2 boat trailers out back in our driveway and garage area.

We do share the driveway with our neighbor, so please keep that in mind and park directly behind our home.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in the hamper in the upstairs bathroom. If you have time you can move the hamper to the laundry area.
Please strip beds and place sheets in a pillow case and leave in each bedroom.
Please doublecheck for phone chargers and any personal items. Throw trash in receptacle outside back door. Remove any items you brought from fridge.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This place is awesome. Amazing location walking distance from all that downtown Clayton has to offer. Stayed with 3 friends up for a fishing trip. Super clean, responsive hosts, plenty of space with 4br, great parking, comfortable outdoor space/grilling area. We had a great time. Thanks, Carol!!

Lovely home and location!

We had a fantastic stay in Clayton! This home was spacious and decorated so beautifully. The location was absolutely perfect and made walking to our events and restaurants so easy. The home had plenty of space and for 5 adults we were very comfortable. Sam and Shannon were excellent hosts and very easy to reach if we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely recommend staying here and enjoy this lovely town of Clayton, NY again!
