Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
- Return the parking pass and key fob to their original spot - Turn off the A/C
- Leave linens on the beds - Place used towels in the laundry basket - Send us a quick message letting us know that you have left the apartment & have fully check out.
- Place all trash neatly inside the black trash bin located inside the unit. Additional trash bags are located underneath the kitchen sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quick stay in Old 4th Ward

Such a great location in the Old 4th Ward. Seemed like a lot of technology, or automated emails were used for check-in and parking instructions. I received the parking instructions for a different unit in the same complex. Fortunately, I figured it out in the correct garage after a bit. Studio apartment was perfect for my quick trip to this area. Awesome location right on the Beltline with so many restaurants in walking distance. Apartment was very clean, well stocked and quiet, this is an ideal place for 1 or 2 people wanting to spend some time in a very popular and fun location in Atlanta. Highly recommend and will use this location again in the future.

This is a fantastic, pet friendly place to stay that offers everything a traveler with a pet would want including the amazing access right outside the front door to the belt line as well as a great walking access to restaurants in Inman Park area of Atlanta. The room was comfortable, cozy, had an amazing bathroom, walk in closet and laundry all in a very nice layout. It also felt very safe. Some small suggestions to make the room even better for sleeping: Add curtain rod with blackout curtains to the sliding glass door area (similar to the window by the bed) since the vertical blinds do not completely block out the streetlights from outside. Add a cover to completely block out the lights coming from the microwave, stove, and cable box - these lights really interfere with achieving total black out in the room and can be disruptive to sleep. Outside of these small suggestions, this place is awesome and definitely a place I will be returning to when I visit Atlanta again! Thank you!
