Close to the DC & Richmond areas this house has everything for a relaxing getaway or vacay. Sits on beautiful Monroe Bay. Relax in the great room & large deck w/water views. 5 min stroll to the private beach. launch the canoe from the back yard. Hit Kings Dominion Bush Gardens Colonial Williamsburg or wineries & parks. Drive 6 min to restaurants & cafes. Great 4 EVERYONE!
NOTE: An outdoor camera monitors the front yard for safety
One Small dog is welcome for an additional fee on the hard surface areas only.
Very private quiet lot.
There is a security camera that monitors and records the front yard and street access only. This is to keep the house safe when vacant.
You have 24 hours after booking to cancel your reservation and receive a 100% refund if you are not comfortable with the camera. There are no other cameras on the property.
NEW FIRE PLACE ADDED . Great location next to a wooded quiet area. Lots of Eagles and Osprey hang out in the back yard.
The entire home is yours.
There is a caretaker 1 block away. I can be reached by phone.
2 Wineries, berry farms, and plenty of parks nearby. Lots of cool history.
The best Crab Cake I've ever had is just 5 minutes away. Easy 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of delicious food is just a few minutes away. Great neighbors leave nearby.
Up to 4 cars can park in the driveway.
Corona-virus update:
The cleaners are sanitizing the home after every guest with bleach based products.
We provide liquid soap, but we advise that you also bring your own.
