The rental.was just as described, quite spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect to walk to the historic district and most all of St Augustine's attractions. Connie was great with communication. Our stay was one of many from The Everglades to Charleston, so I was the one lax on messaging. All instructions were clear, even those which she said needed updating. Parking with the provided pass was free, secure, and an easy five minute stroll through a scenic area. The area is quiet, scenic, friendly and seemed quite safe, at all hours, coming and going. Linens, bed and appliances were all well thought out, clean and labeled! Kitchen, laundry and toiletries are well enough equipped, although some better quality cooking utensils and a rubber spatula, or two would be great and easier on what pots and pans are available. Be advised, other than some very basic spices there are no cooking needs such as oils, vinegars, condiments, etc. Plenty of coffee supplies and options. There are six steps to the front porch, no handrails in the shower, and the bathroom would be tight for a walker; not wheelchair accessable. Yes. I highly reccomend Connie and the rentals.
