Nestled in H1, the most historic district in St. Augustine, this delightful apartment has great proximity to downtown with Flagler College up the street from us and in viewing distance.
It offers a bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 twin bed with French doors between the two for added privacy. Guests can enjoy amenities like central AC, Wi-Fi, private balcony, washer dryer in the apartment and access to the homes large pool heated from April 1st to November 1st.
The apartment is located on the second floor up one flight of stairs.
Free designated Parking.

The location is great for a lovely walk to the old town area. Plenty of restaurants and shops without getting in the car. We picked the perfect time of year....mid to late April. One of our favorite things was the pool. Nice seating with umbrellas and temperature regulated so not too cold. The apartment is very comfortable and special kudos for the shower!!!

Decent size upstairs apartment that was plenty of space for 2 people. Nice living room area and a full kitchen, bathroom was a bit small though. No counter or cabinet space in it for personal items. However it is in an excellent location! A quiet street that’s an easy walk to several places in Old Town area. My only complaint would be the window A/C in the bedroom. It cooled the room fine, but it’s a little noisy and can be difficult to get used to.

Thank you for your kind review and for sharing your feedback. For the benefit of future guests, I would like to offer a few clarifications. The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning throughout. We chose to add the window A/C unit in the bedroom because some guests prefer to sleep in a cooler environment without having to lower the temperature in the entire apartment. As you noted, when in use, a window A/C unit will naturally produce more noise than the apartments central air system. You are also correct that the bathroom is not large and as shown in the photos on our website, does not offer extensive counter space. However, as the pictures show there is a closet in the corner of the bathroom that provides shelving for personal items and toiletries. This is a second-story apartment in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from most of the historic part of St. Augustine. It is large: 4 1/2 rooms plus an enclosed balcony. It is comfortably furnished and outfitted. The bed and bath linens were plentiful and high quality. The full-size, eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and supplied.We really enjoyed out stay and highly recommend this property.
