This place did not disappoint in any way. It was clean, fresh, quiet and inviting. Their descriptions of their place and the proximity to downtown was accurate. They had so many nice extra touches that set a very high bar for other rentals. We were delighted with our stay and will look for this location again when we return.

Everything about the Uptown Shack was excellent, including the listing which is quite accurate. It is within walking distance to the historic area, and is fully equipped for serving your own breakfast and lunch. We definitely will return when we visit the area.

Our stay at the Adorable Guest House in historic St. Augustine was such a great experience. The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything we wanted to see while still feeling peaceful and tucked away.The home itself was immaculate and thoughtfully appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt welcoming right away, and you could tell a lot of care went into the details.Although I didn’t get the chance to meet Ali and Melody in person, their communication was incredibly warm and inviting from start to finish. They made everything easy and stress-free.One of the sweetest touches was the complimentary sample of honey from their bee farm, such a unique and memorable bonus. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Augustine.

The guest house is adorable! The perfect amount of space for us. So clean and so pretty! Although we didn’t get to meet Melody and Ali, they were very responsive and helpful. We had to extend our stay due to the weather at home and they couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating! Will come back again and again and highly recommend!

This was the perfect place to stay while exploring downtown St Augustine. Clean and cozy. There were lots of thoughtful details including cookies waitingbfor usbwhen we arrived. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The neighborhood is charming and felt very safe. It was a quick walk to explore the historic area. We would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful, quaint retreat! Our stay was comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. The Shack was within walking distance to everything as well. Our hosts Melody and Ali were charming. Highly recommend.

We are locals born/raised in this area. We purchased the main home in 2007 and did an extensive renovation which took 2 years. In 2017 we added a brand new garage with guest house above which is our special rental that was built to host friends and family.
