We come to Galveston every year and stay at this property every time, just different condos, and we love it. We were somewhat disappointed at this price point that the bathtub wouldn’t run water into the tub so the shower was the only thing that worked with kids, there were fire ants on the balcony and the stairs to the bunk beds were not attached and wobbling. Other than that it was great. Everything else was wonderful. We love staying at this particular property.

The kitchen faucet wasn't working upon arrival but I contacted the host and maintenance contacted and onsite within 30 minutes and repairs completed. Unfortunately, neither the TV or the arcade machine inside the kids/bunk bed room were working which was very disappointing for me and the kids. This property was slightly less equipped with kitchen accessories/condiments than other Vrbo properties I've previously rented but we still definitely enjoyed the property amenities

A really nice, good-sized condo right on the Gulf. The grounds are beautiful and we got a lot of use out of the various amenities, such as the two pools (indoor and outdoor), the gym (very nicely outfitted) and the game room. Unit 503 has three good-sized bedrooms, a surprisingly large kitchen for a condo, and a comfortable living room. The king-size bed was so comfortable we slept well right away. The Wi-Fi worked great which was important, as I was working remotely some of the time. There was little to no noise from the neighbors, which was nice. The location is great too - direct access to the seawall, the beach, and away from a lot of the crowds and traffic closer to town. But still only a few minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Also, there is a strip mall across the street with an excellent little restaurant, the Seahorse Grill. Great food and excellent service. I highly recommend this unit and this property. Hoping to visit again next year!

The overall impression was f the condo was great!! Beds were comfy. Nice balcony. The living room g room is very small. Especially for 7 people. I would say that the condo is better suited for 5 people. However, 2 of the TV’s didn’t work. We tried everything. This doesn’t sound like a big deal. But with 5 kids it is. Ryson gave us a Roku remote. But that didn’t help. I would suggest that instructions for each TV be in each room. The main issue is that we were given two rollaway beds in place of a fold out couch. We knew that ahead of time. But we didn’t get bedding for either bed until almost 48 hours later. And we had to ask several times. Also, we had to stuff one of the roll aways in a corner in order to fit both beds. Bottom line is that the condo seems well maintained. And we always enjoy Diamond Beach. But, as guests, I don’t think we were a priority.

The condo was very nice and spacious. My only disappointment is when I turned the keys in for the two condos I rented the lady named Iroinee was rude. She said I needed to go scan the keys to know which key went to what unit. I felt that wasn't my job to do that. She seemed very agitated.

The location of the house is excellent and the community itself is amazing! It has its own lazy river and multiple pools including an indoor pool. It also has a kids play area and it helped keep the kids engaged.Regarding the property, it looked clean and the view from the balcony was great! We enjoyed our morning coffee/tea everyday.Few things that we felt was missing was not having enough basic necessities. For example, we were staying for 3 nights but were given only 2 dishwasher pods. There was no sugar or oil in the kitchen (basic condiments). There was no extra toilet paper, handwash or washing machine detergent. Being a beach area, we chose this place because it had a in-house washer dryer. We would have appreciated if they had put more thought. I would recommend this place but would suggest to carry basic supplies.

We truly had a fantastic time at this unit and property. The pools and lazy river are unique, relaxing, and fun. We brought our own larger inner tubes for the lazy river which made it loads more fun. Innertubes that the property provides are small. The view from the condo was nice and we could hear the sound of the ocean from the balcony. The property is well landscaped and palm trees blocked our view of the seawall boulevard and parking. Also, I thought the noise from the construction of the property next door would he an issue. From this unit, we could not even tell it was there. From the beach and the lazy river it was apparent. However, once we were in the ocean we didn't hear it or care. The lazy river we used at night and it was peaceful. Items not listed in unit: Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker provided. Some beach items such as an umbrella and boogie boards were in the closet. I would tend to bring a canopy and a wagon if I were staying on the beach or down at the pool for a while. Kitchen was stocked enough. It could use a flat spatula for flipping burgers or fish. Also measuring spoons were not available. Fluffier pillows would be nice. These items above are just niceties that would make the stay even more enjoyable. Again, the stay was exceptional and just what we needed to feel pampered and rejuvenated. Thank you for managing and sharing your piece of heaven on earth.
