Stephanie - We show pictures for all guests to see before they book. If the animals heads were an issue, we have other properties you could of chosen from to avoid the impact it caused your kids. We will let the homeowner know about the kitchen.

Hi Sumeeta, We sincerely apologize for how long it took to have a maintenance person stop by and resolve the issues mentioned. Unfortunately, we are not contractors so we've had to reach out to a third party to have their professional expertise. I do see that our team has issued a partial refund for the headaches during your stay and again, I am extremely sorry for the hassle during your getaway.

I am so sorry that we were unable to provide compensation as the listing did state that the hot tub and A/C were not available. It is fairly common for homes to not have A/C in Lake Tahoe. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the house you rented. It's good to hear that the house was in a great location and was very spacious with plenty of kitchen appliances and supplies. However, it's unfortunate to hear that you experienced a number of issues during your stay. The fact that the heat was set to 50 degrees when you arrived and took 20 hours to heat up is certainly an inconvenience, especially during the winter months. It's also concerning that the leak from the master bedroom window couldn't be fixed, and that there were missing pieces from the provided games. Additionally, it's frustrating to hear that the TVs were not working when you arrived and that the instructional books were not helpful. It's good to hear that the handyman was able to help with the different issues you faced, but it's concerning that you had to wait on hold for a long time when calling the management company. It's understandable that you would ask for a discount for the inconveniences you faced during your stay, and it's disappointing to hear that you haven't heard back from them yet.
