Nice rooms good beds, comfortable towels. Close to UD Arena. Perfect for our stay to WGI. Basement could use a makeover, but only washer / dryer there. 4 rooms upstairs, bunkbeds on the attic. 1 bathroom downstairs, 1 on first floor. Area felt safe.

It wasn't comfortable and they were ants in the kitchen I couldn't even eat comfortably
The house is spacious and clean. The linens and towels are very nice and the beds are very comfortable. The hosts are wonderful and responsive to all questions and requests. Overall, it was the perfect home base for our extended family during our visit to see Granny in Kettering.
We used this house as home base for our family during graduation weekend. Suited our needs perfectly and despite having a large group it never felt crowded. Would stay here again!
The comfortable bedrooms were nice sized with ceiling fan in each room! Main living room was comfortable and enough seating for all. Many, many upgrades done in the house. Loved the older home with squeaks in steps. Reminded me of where I grew up.
We were in town for a soccer tournament. The house was spacious, easy to locate, and had comfy beds. The kitchen was was equipped with basic essentials for cooking and eating. There was not a lot of kitchen counter space. There are no kitchen curtains or blinds in the kitchen which is creepy at night. The bathrooms had mini shampoo and conditioner kits but no soap to watch Hands. There were plenty of bath towels but no wash cloths. The house is located on a corner so you can park on the side of the or behind the garage. The space behind the garage is not well kept so we opted to park on the street next to the house so that I can see my car from the bedroom window. It should be noted that there are 5 bedrooms but there is only one television in the house. The kids took over the TV of course and parents were stuck watching things on our phones.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the house met our needs with regard to accommodating 6 occupants and family who dropped by. As mentioned in other reviews the exterior of the home is not super well maintained and street parking is required. The home was VERY clean, towels, wash cloths, and other household necessities were adequately provided. However, during our stay we did incur a few inconveniences that we feel are important to note for future occupants. 1. We quickly realized the refrigerator was not getting cold. We had to put our drinks in the freezer. The owner attempted to coordinate having someone come and look into it but schedules could not be aligned. Could have been due to it being the weekend. 2. All rooms are on the upper floors, if any members of your party are elderly or disabled they may need assistance. The first landing does not have a railing. 3. There are sheer curtains in front bedrooms, no blinds. This resulted in early wake ups for those who are sensitive to light in the morning and the need to dress in bathrooms. 4. As mentioned in others reviews, there is only 1television. 5. The 2nd floor where the bedrooms rooms are can get rather warm. The 3 floor has a window ac unit and says cool. Again, overall this was a very good stay. Our issues were minor inconveniences not major problems. The host was very responsive, the location was great and there was ample space for the price. This place would be a 10 with some small tweaks, Totally recommend
